Showed up for a pickup order 10 min after the time it was to be done. Employee said someone took it so had to wait 15 minutes longer to even get the food. Pathetic. Love the food but that’s enough to get me to stop spending my money here. An apology or a free soda or bag of chips would have solved the screw up by the staff. Good customer service goes a long way.

I was really looking forward to trying them today but was dissapointed. If you're placing a pickup order, don't bother. I waited 40 minutes today for my sub and watched everyone come in store and order, receiving their sub before me. Absolutely ridiculous. I rarely leave poor reviews, sad to say I'll stick to a different sub shop next lunch even though the sub was good (it had a lot more meat than other sub shops too). 😔 **Editing to add they even forgot to include an item in my bag.

I had an incredible experience at Jersey Mike's thanks to Charlie! We mistakenly arrived 15 minutes after closing, but he still happily took our order and provided outstanding service. Charlie went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for his exceptional customer care. Highly recommend this location because of him! Thank you for the great sub Charlie!
