About a 50% chance your order will be messed up or they'll be 30 minutes late on delivery. This store seems to be run my incompetence.

Terrible location. Might as well close the drive thru completely and the lobby I guess, they only care about deliveries. Left me waiting at the drive thru order screen so i pulled up to the window and continued to wait. Waited for about 10 minutes in total. This usually is a problem at this location I cant speak for other locations. Not to mention I ordered ahead. Ended up leaving without my sandwich

It was a very loud location. I’m a little disappointed there’s not as many add ons as there used to be. And, it would be helpful to have plastic knives available as well as sweetener to add to the unsweetened tea

Wouldn’t take my order thru drive thru because “her co worker had the headset and was on the phone” like they couldn’t hand the headset to the other 4 people there and the window for drive thru was open they saw my car and still didn’t open the window to take my order. 4 people just standing doing nothing saying they couldn’t serve me because the worker didn’t hand over the headset to someone else while she was on the phone.
