I ordered a regular Pepe with jimmy peppers. Once the order was delivered I realized they didn’t add any of the meat or cheese. It was sub with only lettuce tomato, mayo, and jimmy peppers. I contacted them but haven’t heard back.

Came to pick up a small order of 5 sandwiches, they gave me 4. Two of the sandwiches they gave me were just completely wrong. The ineptitude is genuinely impressive. Do NOT come here if you want your order done correctly.

I’m feeling pretty frustrated. When I order delivery, I always request my sandwich to be cut in half, the inner bread removed, and the "guts" to be saved because it’s my favorite part. But for the last three orders, the only instruction they’ve followed is removing the bread. I know it’s a small issue overall, but, it’s really annoying that my requests keep getting ignored. This is the only JJ that has given me any sort of issue.

i parked in front waiting for them to open and almost every employee walking in to start there shift were very nosey STARING and making me uncomfortable...... i went somewhere else to eat ppl need to mind there business especially if ur serving the public ur there for US so don't act like ur queens and kings of the parking lot ? ur not!! y'all should worry about making ur sandwiches and SATISFIE customers too many businesses are forgetting they're here for the public

I've been craving Jimmy John's during my pregnancy. I always get a veggie or a tuna with ranch seasoning and croutons ?. It's always delicious. I don't understand what everyone is whining about.

Food was just okay. Our pickles were not good and clearly past their expiration date. Our sandwiches had barely any meat and we paid for double, so there should have been more. It was much better last time we ate here. Kinda disappointed.Our delivery person was great though!
Made an online order for delivery, they delivered 1/2 of my sandwich. I called to informed them, they said they will remake and deliver. Received a call back from a different person saying I was lying that all sandwiches were in the bag. Very poor customer service.

Great sandwiches! Great selection of sandwiches! Love their chips! Have tried the wraps and lettuce wrapped ones,too! VERY busy, but it's VERY quick service in person and home deliveries! Both Eaton Road and Main Street locations.
