I ordered online for in store pick up. I have never done that before. I walked in and not one single employee greeted me, there was about 5 of them. A few did look up and went back to what they were working on. I stood there waiting for someone to help and I look to my left and see my order. I grabbed my order. I went to the counter and yelled out to the employees ā€œcan I take this? Is it all here? One employee responded ā€œshould beā€ and continued working. I walked out to my car and then realized I did not have my sodas filled. I went back inside and filled up my cups, and again not a single employee said a ā€œthank you, or have a great eveningā€. When we got home and opened our bag there were no napkins, no mayo packets that we specially asked for, and we specified to have our sandwiches split in half which they were not. Very disappointed with the service I received today. I understand everyone is busy but it takes zero effort to acknowledge customers and to say hello or a thank you.

I’m not one to get upset over a sandwich, but this is ongoing with this location. Never feel like I’m getting what I paid for because I never get a full sandwich. Pretty basic sandwich, but 8$ for this? I only have this issue with this location. This is fresh out of the wrapper; I didn’t touch anything inside the sandwich before the picture.

I actually submitted feedback before this review, and I have attached their generated response. I won’t be contacting a manager every time I order a sandwich, I will simply go somewhere else.

The food was Fast, Correct, Delicious, and the store was near spotless. Tabby took our order, and was very friendly, she also made our subs, and in probably record time, as we were on our way up north with the kids for vacation. As a retired Chef, I have to tip my hat to a great employee, as the food is always extraordinary, but it's not always the case that the staff matches!!

Had great subs with tomatoes that actually had flavor. Hit the spot after a bucket of popcorn at the movies. Great location in general and also has an ice cream place next door.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered delivery it’s taken over an hour for 1 sandwich and it’s marked delivered when it’s not. At the very least make sure the online tracker is correct. Ironic how their tagline is ā€œfreaky fastā€ but they’re the slowest in town.

Jimmy John's love their subs unfortunately I am homebound meaning I can't drive and I have a difficult time getting in and out ofy house. And unfortunately Jimmy johns does not deliver like advertised on TV. Unfortunately I called three places in Green Bay all three does not deliver to my address even though three days ago I seen a Jimmy johns delivery vehicle three doors down the street what a shame they lost my business
