With 5 people working, nobody said hello. It took 20 mins for 2 subs. $30 for mostly bread and lettuce, very dissatisfied.

Will not eat at the Jimmy John’s on Oneida ST anymore. Apparently they can’t comprehend what a modification is when a customer requests their subs to be made a certain way. And then on top of that when delivered. They were asked to not knock due to my dogs but let’s knock as hard as we can. Unbelievable

This is a follow-up to my last review: I gave them another try with the $3 apology credit...

Ordered online at 11:20am, they called at 11:30 to let me know they were out of iced tea so I had to update the drink. They never stated they were extremely busy or anything. 1 sandwich, 1 Sprite and 1 pickle, under 1 mile away from the store itself, delivered finally at 12:19pm without the drink that was in question. Had to then wait on the drink.

That was my last try with them.

I’ve been a frequent customer and normally suppor this location. However, during a recent visit I was patronizing a neighboring business and briefly sat in the chairs outside. At the time, there were no customers inside or outside of the store. It was well past typical customer dinner time (7 pm) An employee came out and was extremely rude, telling us to leave the chairs and even saying he didn’t care if I remained a customer. We even explained it was just for a minute and if someone came in we would go. He didn't care - focus was removing us while the store had not a single customer. The interaction was unnecessary and left me very disappointed and insulted, especially as someone who has supported this business regularly. I hope management will address this issue, because respectful treatment of customers should always be a priority. I hope others will avoid this location, as that behavior looks to be the norm there.

The 1st impression is the most important thing when you walk in. Sry to have to say that you need to reevaulate your evening crew. Food wasnt good and really sloppy.

None of the 6 of us were impressed with our subs. Items were missing on our subs, I asked to not have any bread removed, they removed it anyway. Easy mayo and no onions weren't followed. It took way too long to have them make our first subs, we didn't have time to have them remade. There just wasn't much taste to the subs either.

I ordered online for in store pick up. I have never done that before. I walked in and not one single employee greeted me, there was about 5 of them. A few did look up and went back to what they were working on. I stood there waiting for someone to help and I look to my left and see my order. I grabbed my order. I went to the counter and yelled out to the employees “can I take this? Is it all here? One employee responded “should be” and continued working. I walked out to my car and then realized I did not have my sodas filled. I went back inside and filled up my cups, and again not a single employee said a “thank you, or have a great evening”. When we got home and opened our bag there were no napkins, no mayo packets that we specially asked for, and we specified to have our sandwiches split in half which they were not. Very disappointed with the service I received today. I understand everyone is busy but it takes zero effort to acknowledge customers and to say hello or a thank you.
