Husband ordered a delivery and after an hr still didn’t show up. Called after an hour and they said they delivered but was to a different building the driver never made sure he had to right place. called back asked for refund to our debit card. Still have not seen a credit and sent a request to corporate and still no credit almost a week later They robbed us.

Messed up our whole catering lunch. Not very professional on the phone. Lunch was supposed to be delivered and they couldn't find our order so we had to pick it up, and then it was wrong. Not a pleasant experience.

Tables were all dirty, floor in front of women's bathroom was wet with no wet floor sign. There was a female worker who entered the women's bathroom with gloves on and WITH her apron on holding cleaning supplies and came out with same gloves on. Didn't put the wet floor sign up either.One of the male workers was wearing yellow basketball shorts. 2 female workers were on their phones sitting at one of the tables with drinks also with their aprons on. Multiple workers were out in lobby and getting themselves drinks, yet nobody wiped the tables down.I work at my local Jimmy John's and was disgusted by all of this. Management obviously is not doing their job! I will never go back to this location.

Love JJ subs but ordered to the party pack for a meeting and was shocked by how small the sandwiches were. Ive ordered from other places and they are much more substantial and less expensive. ?
