I won't even give it stars!!! What Kentucky fried chicken runs out of mashed potatoes and coleslaw slaw?? Waited over 25 minutes for little chicken sandwiches. No ice in the sodas..lol. the ice machines not working!! very very dirty!! Horrible for the franchise to have someone run this place. Bathroom was terrible.. lol and a sign that says NO REFUND!! So I bet we aren't the first ones that complained

I’m honestly surprised this place is still open. The back hall to the bathrooms are all slippery like there is grease on the floors. They are always behind even for pick up orders. Also the place doesn’t look sanitary at all. I saw a guy worker touch his hair with his gloves on and didn’t change them or wash his hands. Another one came from the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands either

I was in about a month ago. A guy taking orders was sick, coughing. Not wearing a mask, he was pulling his T-shirt up over his mouth and coughing into his shirt.

From there he was handling food loading side dishes into to-go containers. I decided I didn't want to get or spread whatever he had and went somewhere else.

i’m actually pissed. i waited two hours after grub hubbing which wtv that’s grub hubs fault but i wait two hours for 3 large containers of mac and cheese which would be my meals for the next three days and i have not eaten all day and they send me three large containers of MASHED POTATOES how the hell do you mix that up? i’m very disappointed in this service.

Always appreciate the food; however, after ordering and paying for the daily chicken deal, I heard the cook state in the background, “That’s going to be a full wait!”
The wait for the order was unacceptably long (over 30 minutes) and with no apologies. Lobby was closed, allegedly due to no heat. Very disappointing.

I order chicken tenders they were very good, I paid 6.00 for a large French fry , that was cold. Second time I've had not a goid experience unfortunately

I came to try the new honey BBQ chicken. I ordered both the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and BBQ chicken tenders. I expected the chicken to have sauce on it like the commercials show but there wasn't any. Just the slight taste of BBQ seasoning.

Placed a $30 order. Waited over half an hour before leaving without our order. Staff was not interested in communicating with us about wait times - too busy gossiping with friends apparently.

Online customer service is a joke. It has been over 6 weeks without the promised refund. They have not responded to the BBB complaint either. They don't seem to understand that talking a customer's money without providing the product is THEFT.

Worst looking place I have ever seen! Entrance, floor, and tables were filthy! Counter was full of stuff and no white meat or ice in soda fountain. Very friendly waitress. I don't know this place stays in buisness. It gives KFC a very black eye😭😭😭

As to how this place is still in business is a mystery to me. We had a bad experience last year with this location. We placed an order through the app and picked the time. All good right? Wrong! We showed up, all the employees were smoking in the parking lot and told me as I approached the door that they were closed. I said I placed an order. Some person who I assume was a “manager “ told me they sold out of chicken. Whatever. I went home and got my money back.

Fast forward to today, the Mrs and I had a craving for KFC. I placed the order through GrubHub. After 3 delays, we finally got our food. The food was subpar and that’s being nice. The meal deal called for gravy which we did not get, and biscuits we did not get. They gave us waffles instead and they were burned and inedible. The Cole slaw tasted like it was made w bleach. I’m done ordering from this place until corporate comes through and cleans this place up
