Worst looking place I have ever seen! Entrance, floor, and tables were filthy! Counter was full of stuff and no white meat or ice in soda fountain. Very friendly waitress. I don't know this place stays in buisness. It gives KFC a very black eye😭😭😭

As to how this place is still in business is a mystery to me. We had a bad experience last year with this location. We placed an order through the app and picked the time. All good right? Wrong! We showed up, all the employees were smoking in the parking lot and told me as I approached the door that they were closed. I said I placed an order. Some person who I assume was a “manager “ told me they sold out of chicken. Whatever. I went home and got my money back.

Fast forward to today, the Mrs and I had a craving for KFC. I placed the order through GrubHub. After 3 delays, we finally got our food. The food was subpar and that’s being nice. The meal deal called for gravy which we did not get, and biscuits we did not get. They gave us waffles instead and they were burned and inedible. The Cole slaw tasted like it was made w bleach. I’m done ordering from this place until corporate comes through and cleans this place up

Probably the worst fast food experience we have ever had.

Ordered online. Got to the store, received a notification our order was ready, went inside to pick up.

Staff sent us back outside and said to get in the drive through line. Watched them then lock the doors and shut down the lobby/dining area… at 5:30 pm. Several other customers attempted to go inside as well and were turned away.

Got in the absurdly long drive through line. Waited in the drive through line slightly over an hour. Would have left 1000 times if we hadn’t ordered online.

Unprofessional staff, and an overall experience literally worse than I thought possible.

Food was as expected. Crazy reading other reviews saying their wait was over an hour too. Don’t bother ordering ahead online as apparently it doesn’t make a difference due to the complete ineptitude at this location.

Avoid at all costs. Even free wouldn’t be worth it.

I went to get chicken. And I asked for a baskit of fried chicken and mash potatoes and I get a “no “ they didn’t say anything else but I was dyeing laughing and then said they got no more chicken? But got breast I wanted the basket of chicken and they are out of mashed potatoes this through the drive through it was prolly the most funniest thing ever

Go her about 4-6 times a year. In the past the crew/workers seemed in happy. However, when I stopped today it was very, very positive. I even commented to them how nice it was how everyone got along and was quite happy. The KFC chicken is always great, love the original. They either use very little or no milk in their batter as I do not have allergic reactions the way I would elsewhere.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I do not under any circumstances recommend this restaurant, the service is terrible. Food is terrible and management staff treats customers like trash. Their food belongs in the trash.
