Ordered chili with no noodles but it came with noodles. Ordered a cheese burger with pepper jack cheese came with cheddar. Ordered cheese curds and never got them.

I had a cup of coffee and the cheese curds the garlic cheese curds and they were delicious perfect crunch perfect portion the coffee was great. the service was amazing friendly people attended to me right away. definitely looking forward to visiting someday again. but definitely friends and family when you stop in don't forget to get those cheese curds.

We sat in the bar area--it has a much nicer atmosphere than the dining room. Burger was okay--skinny burger with toasted and buttered bun; fries were good. Service was great. Great value (we got the special of the day).

Service is really getting bad called my order in told me 30 min was there in 40 min and waited and waited for another half hour for my order, girl walked by us and never once asked for our order number or name. Service went away down hill, won't eat hear again.

Been coming here for decades so I used to rate it high maybe for nostalgia but the last several visits since covid were all pretty bad. Burgers taste like dense frozen patties, prices keep going up, ingredients keep getting worse. I always looked forward to the motz sticks the most but yesterday they were not as good, appeared to be from different supplier and the marinera sauce I liked so much changed and was awful, not smooth like usual but like chunky sour pizza sauce. Waiters are all young kids now that either act like they don't know anything or don't have a clue. I never see the super grumpy old owner in the kitchen like I always used to. Maybe he kept things running smoother. I got used to waiters asking for payment when food comes out but always hate that they do that (I bet no other restaurant does that), then hover over you as you write the tip for service they haven't provided much of at that point. Diner counter never reopened after covid. I sounds like ranting but honestly just more disappointment than anything. Used to always look forward to eating there on way through GB but don't think I'll go back. And I always thought west location had worse tasting food. Maybe they are better in comparison now.

Even when you specify a special way they still make it the same way
Had my worst rolls east burger ever.the patty was so thin you can practically see threw it. The hard roll was good but super dry.the famous dripping with butter bun and patty was to me cold .I called in my order to pick up outside it was a quarter pounder with everything, chicken dumpling bowl,and a regular rolls burger with ketchup.$ totalling $17.95 . That's highway robbery for 3 things and 1 of them thinner thank regular fast food burger like McDonald's. Very dissatisfied.

Called in a pick up order for 16 people today. Krolls did an amazing job! Put the name of each order on a bag with their items inside so it was easy to give to everyone! And every single order was correct! They had it done on time and even called back today they were out of an item and asked what we would like instead! I did pick up and they loaded it in the back of my Jeep for me and everything. Great place!
