The coffee may be okay. But when a manager(!) takes the information from a customers payment card to contact them outside of work for personal reasons or to try and sell them stuff from their personal side business, that is majorly not okay. You need to make your employees aware that the personal information on a customers credit card is not for them to copy down and attempt unsolicited contact with outside of work. This is not only extremely unprofessional but quite possibly illegal even! Credit card statements are now being diligently monitored for possible fraud. Definitely do not recommend, and if you must, pay in cash.

My husband and I visited LaJava over 4th of July while visiting from out of town. We tried LaJava coffee at their home and just fell in love. We went to the roasting house and just loved it. The coffee was fresh and we bought some to take home. I can’t wait to get more! I asked about shipping out of state and was directed to contact the main location. If not, my friend said she would ship me some. I would absolutely recommend this coffee to anyone who visits the Green Bay area. Thank you guys so much for your awesome staff and coffee! We will be getting more soon!
