Quality of food has tanked over the last few years. Food is never done when it is supposed to be and employees are rude!

Easy in and out
Restaurant completely messed up my order. I went there the next morning immediately when they opened. They explained to me the manager that is that I should have contacted the store after the store was closed. He was unwilling to fix Situation Even with a untouched pizza a receipt that did not match the pizza because they didn’t cook me the right one as I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust and receipt just a pretzel regular and a marinara side. 11 AM the next morning bringing back the pizza he explained to me the manager that I should have called the store after they closed that they were there till almost midnight. I told him he could keep the pizza in the marinara sauce. It’s a 50-50 shot at this restaurant if they get your order right it is my mistake for not checking the order as I ordered Portal pick up and I know better. As this isn’t the first time they messed up my order. Still I am just in shock that the manager the next morning me being one of the first customers was unwilling to fix the situation or cook the correct food for me that I ordered as the store was closed by the time I noticed i. No, you should’ve called after we were closed. I was here till midnight. I don’t see how I return to the store ever if they could literally can cook anything they want give it to you and it’s on you as a customer contact them that day. They could give anybody anything the last couple hours. I don’t know who thinks about calling a restaurant after they’re closed. I think common sense is absent when you see a receipt untouched pizza with marinara sauce on the side and you’re unwilling to remake it first thing in the morning at 11 AM to fix the situation.

This Little Ceasars is always busy but if you order ahead online it's not too bad. Thank God when I went to order for my family Friday I was close to the allouez location because they had a 10 minute wait where as east GB told me an hour and 10 minute wait. At 8pm on a Friday? Sound like they just didn't want any more orders. Lol

Someone please call the food inspector and maybe a priest. Little Caesars at this location need an exorcism and a surprise visit.
I was visiting my in-laws in Green Bay from Dallas (which, let’s be honest, was already a gamble), and we made the fateful decision to grab some pizza from this Little Caesars that was the beginning of what history will now remember as The Great Diarrhea Disaster of Green Bay. We’re talking DEFCON 1 level gastrointestinal warfare.
To add insult to indigestion, they gave us no tomato sauce for two orders of Crazy Bread. I didn’t know ordering food here required solving word problems, too.

The pizza needed to be cooked longer. Very mushy.

I ordered pizza puffs and crazy bread with cheese. The crazy bread was cold along with the cheese, and 2/4 pizza puffs were smashed somewhat. Pizza puffs were also semi warm, almost like they didn’t heat them up all the way. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the second time this has happened!!

So much for Hot and Ready from 4-6pm. We went at about 5:15, parking lot was completely empty, not a single customer in the store. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and was told by a very unapologetic cashier that the wait would be at least an hour. Very disappointing. I understand waits are to be expected, but an hour for a basic menu item when the store is not busy seems a bit unreasonable.

Employees always have been nice, decent pizza for the price. Sometimes pizzas arn't cut all the way through.

I'm not a fan of them, but for doing door dash, they're usually 10-20 minutes behind. Even when it's not busy.

Ordered wings and breadsticks through DoorDash. I received the wrong order so I called them and told them they got my order wrong and asked if they could deliver the right food to me and they said they couldn’t. They offered for me to come and pick it up even though it wasn’t my mistake it was there’s. If I wanted to pick up my order to begin with I would’ve done so. Guy on the phone didn’t seem to care at all.
