Ordered wings and breadsticks through DoorDash. I received the wrong order so I called them and told them they got my order wrong and asked if they could deliver the right food to me and they said they couldn’t. They offered for me to come and pick it up even though it wasn’t my mistake it was there’s. If I wanted to pick up my order to begin with I would’ve done so. Guy on the phone didn’t seem to care at all.

The service at this location has spiraled to an alarming degree. My order was set for 11:45 and still wasn't ready at 12:15. The girl at the front gave it to someone else and admitted that she did so I would now have to wait 15 minutes more. Of course, if your food is 45 minutes late, you should be compensated. That concept, apparently, is foreign to the folks at this location. However, I did get a free pizza in addition to my order for my 45 minutes of wasted time. The food was average.
Enjoy Little Caesars, but the East Main st in Green Bat should be avoided.
A shame when you put in a online order at 3pm to make it for 530pm and they haven't even started it at 540pm. This place is a joke always has been but thought because the kids were having a sleep over we would try it!!! NEVER

We ordered our usual, extra cheese on all, toppings on ONE half. Picked up pizza. Got to car. Toppings on both sides. Went in to get it remade. They argued that it had been ordered wrong. (We do the same thing every time) They remade it finally but burnt it to hell. Won’t be returning to this location and filing a complaint with the company.(the bite was from me to see if it was edible. Not very)

Went on a Sunday night and made an order on the phone around 830pm because they close at 9pm. Got inside and the poor worker had a lobby full of people amd he had to decline some orders. BUT he had an airpod in one ear. Why do your workers have music in their ears?
