One would justifiably assume that "Hot - N - Ready" means that - the items listed as "Hot N Ready" are to be available for purchase when you walk into the establishment. Right? That's correct, right?
I've been to this Little Caesar's multiple times for a Pepperoni Hot N Ready. Not once have I NOT had to wait 15 minutes for something that's supposed to be already ready.

Was ordering a pretzel pizza last night and was told it would be 15-20 mins for them to make it because the crust wasn’t ready, I said that’s fine and waited. I get the pizza and take it home to find out because I had them make a crust they were spiteful and didn’t even cut the pizza and it was super sloppy. Thanks for taking your Jobs seriously.
