Absolute awful experience. I arrived and was originally told 10-15 minutes for a pizza and crazy bread to be ready. After 35 minutes I went back up and asked for an update they told me it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. At this point I was running late and wouldn’t have placed an order in the first place if they would have been honest on the time. On top of this the manager came up and essentially yelled at me for cancelling an order that wasn’t ready in the time they originally told me. Also during the wait the cashier was on their phone numerous times, as well as the lights continued flipping on and off creating a very unprofessional environment. Submitted feedback to the company website and haven’t heard back which is a true tell of this company as a whole. Will definitely staying away from Little Caesars based on this extremely poor experience from top down.

Everytime I have been here the wait has been incredibly long. I am a patient person so usually I am understanding but this time I used the online portal to place an order, quoted me 30-35 mins. Got the email that my order was ready however I arrived for pick up and it wasn't even started yet. Total time from order placed to picked up was ONE HOUR.

Dealing with the manager and supervisor of this store due to them not giving us our complete order was a headache! They treated me like I was lying about my address saying it was weird like ok…Then the supervisor gave us a number to call that was for delivery orders which we did not get delivery. This happened on 9/23/23 around 7:15pm. Funny how people can act when they do t so the job correctly.

The manager, Keith went above and beyond to help us out when a different establishment cancelled our large pizza order due to not enough product. Thank you so much Keith!
