Its getting worse and worse to worse....all.visble employees had no gloves, no masks and drive through person just kept making faces. We asked several times if food was fresh, because we ljve a distance and were assured by white teen female and colored guy around 22yrs old that it was fresh just took out 5 minutes prior, well we decided to pull.over and eat, to eat fresh and behold to our surprise it was chewy cold and no spoons no napkins no nothing, called manager and all he said, and rudely at that was ilm talk to them...smfh!!

There are fewer and fewer Long John Silvers left in Wisconsin/the U.S. so when we go through Green Bay, we have to stop! Because of the COVID, only the drive thru is available at this time. There is a note on the menu board they states "If you order fish, you will have a 10 minute wait." (This location is also a KFC.) It didn't matter because we LOVE LJS food! The staff was friendly, the food was hot and the wait wasn't that bad (we were warned ahead of time!) We will definitely be back!

The food took a bit long to order, but it was all worth it. I got a two piece fish, which included hush puppies and a side, I chose fries. Everything was well cooked and still warm when I dug into it. They were all crispilicious and tasty! The man who took my order was nice, and asked if I would like ketchup or tartar sauce in the bag with my other goodies. Personally, I think that if you’re looking for something to switch up your fast food experience, this would be a great place to do it at!
This a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Long John Silver restaurant. It is quick and the people are friendly, so a notch above the average fast food.

Rude staff. Went through drive through and the guy never even looked at me while taking my card or giving it back. Then proceeded to tell me I need to move up instead of asking politely. Took 10min to get my food and I was one of the only customers there.
