MACS (Macaroni And Cheese Shop) Green Bay

We waited in the drive thru for over a half hour for our food. No one else in line behind or in front of us. Got told “Here you go” not “Sorry for the wait” or nothing. We got home with our food and drinks. Noticed there were little flies on the inside of the lemonade lids and inside of the mountain dew soda. Which I already threw out the soda before. Both of the drinks had to get thrown out. Opened our food, the toppings were just thrown on. Got a patty melt it wasn’t even put together was just thrown in the to go box. Been here one other time and it was fine. But after this will not be going to Mac’s again.

absolutely horrendous service the worst i’ve had in my life, do not come here unless you have at least 2 hours to burn sitting on your ass and waiting for the morons in the back who are just sitting on their phones to make your food. foods alright i’d enjoy this place if there weren’t absolute nimrods running this operation. go to mcdonald’s.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for one thing when there were 3 cars!! I pulled up to the window and waited 10 more. Get your shit right.

Order took over 45 minutes and the food was cold. Poorly staffed business.

We have been to Macs several times, but tonight was a horrible experience. We dined in and waited over 30 minutes for 2 salads with wilted lettuce and a Mac Dady Original for our table. There had been one person in line before us. We received no apologies after talking to them.about the backup. The priority was clearly take out. Additionally, several tables have not been cleaned. We will not be returning.

We waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes for a couple of kid macs. Once you're in line there, you're trapped and can't exit the line. When we finally got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us much less brought our food.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20-25 minutes. (Which made me late for a meeting) There was only one car in front of me. When I got to the window, finally, there was no apology at all. No acknowledgement of my wait. To make it worse, the food was barely warm. It definitely had been cooked beyond 10 minutes before. It was my first time to Mac's and I won't be back.

At some point making your customer await an hour for fast food just isn’t right… I mean cmon. Food is good if you ever get it. Best part is if you use the drive through you get trapped and can’t just leave, stuck waiting… a full hour…

To start, you can never go wrong with MACS. There is simply no other way to put it, MACS is the absolute best mac and cheese restaurant we have ever visited. Their employees are always quick, kind, courteous, and attentive. The facilities are kept clean and organized, there is plenty of seating space so you can choose a booth or a regular table if you prefer. A nice large and open ordering space as you walk in which allows plenty of room for other patrons to get drinks, wait in line if needed, pick up their orders, and there are even more booths up front. Parking is easy as the lot has plenty of spaces to accommodate even on busier days. The food itself is consistently great. While we typically just order the Original (on the right side of the picture), this time we ordered the Buffalo Mac as well. The bleu cheese has a stronger taste so be advised if you are picky on that, but the buffalo and chicken blend very well with the mac and cheese base. With the Original, it is always a nice and creamy mac and cheese, which pairs well with the crostini - which you get two pieces of per Mac Daddy ordered. Other favorites include the Chipotle Chicken Mac and the Memphis Mac. A must stop for anyone who enjoys mac and cheese.

Very disappointed that the lack of people doing the drive-thru due to serving someone's food because I ordered my food 10 minutes ago and it's still was not out and I only have a 30-minute lunch break so this is a little ridiculous

I just wish it didnt take 30 minutes to get 1 order when they're not even busy. The outside of the food container was covered in grease and food. Very u appetizing.
