Food was good but the service was just terrible. Did not feel welcome. The cashier did not care. Seemed very annoyed when I asked simple questions. Answers were rude. I specifically asked to place the sauces on the side but they messed this up so my kids couldn’t eat the boneless.

Took take away from this location back to our hotel. Their was no silverware in the bag and they forgot one whole item and some side sauces we had ordered. Food is always good though but was a little disappointed with the left out items.

I’ve been coming to Mad Chicken many times and always had great experiences in the past. The staff used to greet customers with a smile and positive energy, which made the visit enjoyable every time. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed recently. The new front counter team doesn’t appear as welcoming, they often seem upset or uninterested, and it really affects the atmosphere.
I personally know the owner, who is a very kind and hardworking person, so I’m sharing this feedback sincerely. I hope management can work on improving customer service again because Mad Chicken has always been one of my favorite spots.
Went there last night and got their garlic Parmesan chicken with tater tot’s bowl which was the best garlic parm I have ever had. Super good chicken. The team there was super nice. I will absolutely be back next time I am around!
