The food was great! Good prices for a big quantity of food. The customer service on the other hand, was not. The cashier seemed annoyed that we asked about the menu and rolled his eyes when we asked for a to-go box. We were polite. We said thank you and cleaned up after ourselves and we could not even get a smile. I recommend trying this restaurant but definitely not at this location.

I got to the place and the guy was just on his phone and just stared at me instead of being welcoming and saying hi. I had a question about the menu and he was so rude to answer. I received my food and it was great but the service wasn’t. The worker was talking to another worker in a different language and continued to be on his phone again. I asked for a to go box and he rolled his eyes and went to go get it. Completely rude and unwelcoming. Never coming again and do not recommend.

First time trying this place and food was so good I went back next day to try more items on menu and it was phenomenal! The chicken was always hot and fresh very well seasoned and will keep you wanting more! The biggest disappointment was the fried Oreos. I guess they fried the Oreos in same grease as the chicken, as I went to tries the Oreos and the batter tasted exactly like the chicken which wasn’t the best combination to me. Outside of that the tenders, waffle fries and the wrap were all very good!

The chicken is really good quality. It's breaded the right amount so that you never have to worry about only getting breading, and even if it doesn't have its initial crunch, it doesn't get gross and soggy. The mad waffle bowl is the best bang for your buck. The fried Oreos aren't as sweet as expected but still strong. The raspberry chimichanga were better than expected, there's a cream filling along with the raspberry sauce. I wish they had these in Illinois
Vegetarian options: It's a chicken restaurant and there's no impossible chicken
Dietary restrictions: Maybe you could as for alterations for your food but there's not a lot of options for alterations

Brought our family here for a meal. Definitely not fast food. Waited about 30 minutes for our meals. However, the food was definitely worth the wait. We got chicken sandwiches, tenders, mad fries and the mad Mac bowl. Absolutely everything was great. Meals were passed around for everyone to try, and every member of our family enjoyed everything. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the breading on the chicken was AMAZING. Light, airy, wonderfully seasoned. We definitely will come back.
