In my opinion one of the best Americanized-Chinese restaurants in the state. The dumplings have a nice bite and chew to them, with fresh spring onion flavor and plenty of protein. The egg rolls are crispy and likewise filled with a generous amount of pork. The general Tso’s ACTUALLY has flavor other than generic/sweet. Lo Mein is done wonderfully with al dente texture and large, thin slices of beef. The Mu Shoo pork was delicious and fragrant and came with a whole package of wraps.This is the kind of Chinese that makes foodies swoon.
