This is pretty much the worst McDonald's to pick up food if you're a delivery driver after 9pm. Not only do they put the customer who orders delivery last, but it seems that every person that goes through drive through. It pushes you back further and further down-the-line. Average wait time is anywhere from 10-20 minutes and that's if there's absolutely no one on the drive through. If you order food for delivery, don't order it from this location because it's going to take a while or in some cases you won't even get it at all because a lot of us delivery drivers won't come to this location because of how bad they treat delivery customers.

Extremely rude manager (blonde hair morning shift) and often times very slow service with always a lack of care.
They feel all powerful behind the counter.

It took more than 20 minutes waiting at the drive tru the lady giving me my food barley knew english and i got no monopoly tags with any of my food in my order dissapointed in the while expirience

Been around this McDonald since I can remember, but I’m genuinely starting to question if anyone there even knows how to read. I went on DoorDash to order food for me and my significant other, along with my order I bought 5 buffalo sauces and payed for all of them just to receive my food with not a single sauce, dam yall couldn’t give me at least one that’s foul ngl. It’s all good tho I got my money back for the sauces and I get 50% off my next order but cmon do better

The person taking our order was new and he had zero help. The order was messed up and instead of the manager in charge fixing is she just threw in a drink and called it even. I myself work in a customer service setting, you should be rectifying the situation, remaking wrong sandwiches, and giving refunds for extra things ordered and not given to your customers. I hope the young gentleman who took our order is getting help when he needs it. Had people of been wearing a name tag I could have pointed out who the shift lead/manager was at the time.

Would not recommend this McDonald's took over 20 mins for food and it wasn't busy. Also while waiting I saw 3 different employees touch their phone with gloves on and then touch food after with the same gloves. Very unsanitary!

Woman working drive thru at around midnight was incredibly rude for no reason. Tried to use a coupon that I was sent for a free mcflurry after they forgot one in my last order. We had Mobile orders but obviously I couldn't put a paper coupon into the app, so had to order it in drive thru. She cut my girlfriend off as she was trying to order it and snapped that they won't do more than 2 orders per car. Just absolutely no need to be so cruel when we didn't even do anything. Sat in line for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the food we were actually allowed to order.

Absolutely ridiculous how slow the drive through is at night ordered 3 drinks and the wait was 15+ mins, the manager said there isn't enough people but like every night there isn't enough people? This place needs to get it together and start pulling cars over to the side while smaller orders get out. It's probably a crazy concept but even apologizing for the wait would be a step in the right direction this place doesn't know what customer service is.

The drive thru line took 30 mins at 9:50 pm. And I wasn’t but 1 car in front of me before I ordered. Which was a mobile order. Reminder to never come here at that time again.
