So I’m Inside the lobby n These co worker can’t even interact with u n they always keep hiding behind the counter… Food kinda took forever n Once the food arrive they walk away including the manager.. Seriously these Worker need to be more train on Customer Service!!!

I went through the drive-through and ordered a double quarter pounder cheese meal large size. I got a fry in a large size container, but it was only filled three quarters of the way. Disappointing that they can't get an order correct.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Victoria at McDonald’s during my recent visit, and I can’t say enough about her exceptional service! Even though the app wasn’t working, she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. Victoria was patient, attentive, and truly cared about resolving the issue for me. There are a few key people when you get them as the crew through the drive through who are truly worth remembering their names to thank them for being at work that day. As for any other time of the week, especially going inside to order, don't expect anything in your order to be correct, don't expect anyone to take you seriously as if it matters to try a second and sometimes even a third time, and don't expect them to approach you or your order before they clear out the drive through first no matter how long you might be waiting inside. I truly honestly sometimes simply get handed the wrong order multiple times, I have always been polite, and by the second try I usually just walk out with whatever they hand me. The sandwiches are slipped together and all over the place, the coffee is usually poured without anything you asked to be added, and that's not an overstatement, and they half fill the large fries. I have even called and asked management why it's happening, "it must just be the way the fries fall into the cup" is the answer I got. It's getting frustrating, and it's a real shame for the handful of employees who really are golden. I only gave them a 3 to try and thank the ones who actually do try.

The food is cold, the parents seem to have been there for more than 3 hours, everything else is fine, they should improve the food and serve it hot. And I live 3 minutes away.
