Good McDonalds. Generally pretty busy most of the time but the staff are still friendly. The food was good and it is a nice new McDonald’s as well. It is also in a convenient spot right off the main road. It is a worth while stop if you are wanting McDonalds.Parking: Parking was good.

Went to the drive-thru on Webster with my sig other on a Wednesday evening, around 8pm, and wondered why every staff member seemed so resentful. No smiles, okay, but minimal verbal acknowledgment and even slightly hostile faces and demeanor. Like they were angry we were there. We were in a great mood, on the way home from visiting my newborn grandson in the hospital, but McDs wasn't having that feelgood energy, that night. Good vibes not allowed, I guess.

Went in to get a burger and fries, came out with a bit of cardboard and elongated ice cubes. Burger was dry and the bun was HARD like it was sitting out for days, fries were cold like they've been sitting out for an hour in a refrigerator. Threw it all away so i dont get sick from this disasterous store, burger didnt even fall apart its so damn dry and hard. Serious health concerns at this location. No dinner for me before work, thanks McDonalds..

Since you choose not to make it simple to report a problem with an order, I guess here we are. 11/19/23 time 17:12 grill slip #78. I ordered a mcchicken with cheese and paid for that but my mcchicken had no cheese. I'm not asking for a correction or refund, just some place I can at least report problems when they happen.
