Food was decent. Had to swat away flies inside while we were eating. Couldn’t sit outside as we had wanted, as the tables were dirty. Also, as part of our road trip, we decided to let our kids have McDonalds. We asked for two different toys, and they wouldn’t exchange for a different toy, so we got the same. Slightly annoying, as they have other toys available; and the toy display was wide open. The floors in the bathroom are also really sticky.

I asked for no onions and no pickles on my cheeseburger because of allergies. There were onions on it and it made me so sick that I ended up in the hospital. Employees need to understand that some requests are serious, and not just because customers don't like something.

I mobile ordered lunch for my so it was ready when I got there. When I arrived I went through the drive through and was told my food is almost ready they asked me to pull to spot one then I did. Someone came out after a few cars behind me went and said its almost ready. Then 9 more cars behind me got their order before me. I was sitting there for about 15 minutes so I went in and asked where my food was. The lady at the front did not know so she spoke with the manager for about 5 minutes then I received it. I didnt get any sorry or thank you for waiting. NOTHING. I was just handed my food and the employee did not say anything. When I got back to work my order was completely wrong. I am highly disappointed and will not return to this McDonalds

Called to ask if my coffee could be switched after placing a door dash order and only one flavor was displayed, she yelled across the room after speaking over me and said “she’s trying to figure it out” and then hung up on me. rudest call I’ve ever had with a food establishment. Someone needs to tech you how to interact with a customer.

Haven't been to a McDonald's for a while, probably in over a year. Just wanted a quick bite after an evening event, and McDonald's is one of the only places open at that time. Although the inside is modern, it was pretty dirty. There were four hand sanitizing stations, but all of them were empty. The fries were a little stale and there was way too much sauce on my sandwich - it was coming out the side. The service was fine but I used the kiosk to order so there really wasn't any customer service involved with my order. Now I remember why I don't go here. Skip it.

I am a door dasher on weekends for extra money. I arrived on my electric bicycle at about 11:00 p.m. on 5-24-25. I had to go to the drive-thru as the inside was closed for the night. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for at least 5 mins no response but could hear people laughing over the intercom. So I decided to approach the window I was not being helped. When I got to the window I was very rudely told they don't serve bikes in the drive-thru by a group of young girls who again were mocking me for riding my bike through the drive-thru. I proceeded to tell them I was a doordasher picking up an order .(That should have been ready as it said so on the app and it had been 20 minutes since I took the order.) They told me it's going to be at least 5 minutes for the fries. I told them that's fine. Then they kept sending different people to the window to tell me my fries were not ready. So I waited all that time dealt with all the bull crap and they gave me this huge bag I thought nothing of it because it was a huge order. I dropped the order off and come to find out there was only one sandwich that wasn't even ordered by them and the fries the burger was a mess and the fries were cold. I didn't get paid for that job. I really don't know who these girls are working there at at night what but they should be fired

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a cheeseburger & nuggets at 2 in the afternoon, so not a busy time. The staff moves at snail speed with no urgency. The nuggets were 4 and not 6 like I paid for & the burger was cold. This place really went downhill
