Unfortunate place along with a terrible franchisee and full to the brim with management that abuses their power. At this establishment in E Mason St, they couldn’t care less about customer service or general quality. If you so much as even look at an employee funny, you’ll be asked to leave. Don’t even get me started on restaurant cleanliness and sanitation; the term is not in their vocabulary. Hi Sam!
I placed an order on the Mobile App and told the drive thru cashier. She gave me attitude about not checking in, which I forgot to and admitted. When I got up to the window, I apologized and she apologized, but with an attitude.
