The chicken sandwich had no sauce on it nor was there any sauce in the bag. Also, no ketchup for the fries. Only 3 thin napkins in the to-go bag.

I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles, it even says on the receipt, “no pickles”. But there was still pickles on it. The young lady at the window was very disrespectful, just handed me the sandwich and didn’t say “have a good day” or anything.

A popular and busy location. They've messed up my orders a few times and I'm not gonna waste my time driving back to fix an order that should have been correct the first time.
When I got to the drive thru they gave me the completely wrong order. They corrected the order and gave me my two happy meals and a sandwich.
When I got home I notice that I had only gotten two 4 piece chicken nugget happy meals instead of the 6 piece I had initially ordered for my kids..very dissapointed, kids were dissapointed.
I shouldn't have to pay for more than I actually recieved. I will give them another chance but just make sure you check your food because it seems to be a habit.

Overall good experience. 4 stars because the ketchup dispenser wasn't working so had to ask for ketchup packets.
Last few times ive been its been worse everytime. My cheese on my bigmac literally hard as a rock.how? How is that possible. Fries are almost as hard. These people are lazy. They premake stuff and let it sit for who knows how long and the fries are definitely dropped again to reheat. How were there 5 people In front of me and i still dont get fresh food. Disgusting.

They up charged me 3 times at this location we ordered something that was 15 dollars and she said it was 21 and some change I looked at the receipt it was 15 dollars and she put on the receipt I only gave her 17 dollars
