They ignore anyone at the counter. I tried to ask a question, one guy stopped, looked at me, and then just walked away. 20 minutes later we finally got someone else's attention and only then were we able to get our order put through after the order here machine glitched.

We ordered a 2 medium strawberry Banana smoothies ,and they gave us 2 small. At first my friend thought it was a new medium size but then I told her that it was not. And I should like to know why they have us 2 small instead of 2 medium.?

I’ve been a regular since last year. I thought that this location was the best compared to the other McDonald’s and so I would always come. Unfortunately this place has been letting me down. Service had been terrible the past months. Today’s the last time I’m coming back. Food has been made wrong and most of the time it’s sloppy; the fries are old and super salty. All I saw was that the workers are stressed out and seem understaff, they use to be more free and happier to work there but idk. Tbh my gut feeling is telling me that something is going on at this location and it ant looking too great. Recommend not coming here ever again.
I was sitting down until I realized that I wanted Mc nuggets. So I hopped on DoorDash because I can’t drive and I’m lazy went on the McDonald’s thing and bought 60 Nuggets and 2 large fries. The dasher came SUPER fast which is great cuz I have no attention span but they only gave me one ketchup packet but I did load up on sweet and sour sauce along with ranch for my smelly stepbrother.

Extremely rude workers in the drive thru ! I placed a mobile order when I went up to the drive-through. I asked if they could please make my nuggets fresh. They told me .. “they did not do that and will not do that because it was a mobile order” .. I said .. “I’ve never heard of that , They had to make the burger custom anyway what was the big deal”? And of course, when I receive my food, my nuggets were cold and the burger was completely slopped together! I would love it if all these kids were replaced by Vending machines ! If you have a choice, go to another location don’t go to this one. I will never be back!
