This is probably the best McDonalds in Green Bay by far. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Polar opposite of the other experience. Would recommend this McDons.

This store has more mistakes than any other McD I go to. Ordered a McCrispy got a quarter pounder. Not happy....also never get the free meal card I am promised when mistakes are made. Someone needs to look at this store and management

Food is always cold and the last couple times we went there was bugs all up in the ketchup and soda spouts. When I mentioned it to the workers all they could say was they was trying to get a hold of it and one of the workers snapped on me and told me they can't spray them of course or use any chemicals. We won't be back. I wasn't complaining but just letting them know cause it's very gross when you are filling ketchup and there are dead fruit flies in it and more flying all around the ketchup and soda nozzles.Also when you eat inside there are little tiny bugs and flys flying all over and landing on your food. They need to get a exterminator in there and get rid of the bugs cause it's very unsanitary

I placed a mobile order for breakfast ahead of time so that i could spoil myself with their yummy breakfast because i knew i wasnât going to be able to get there on time and i was so excited because i never wake up early enough for it LOL i get there and my order was cancelled for some reason and i learned that they donât make the order until you get there so itâs nice and fresh and i didnât get there till after the time breakfast is done. I had no idea that thatâs how they do things, this is my first time using the mobile app and that is NOT THEIR FAULT, IT WAS MINE. iâm making that very clear for you meanies that love to bash these workers. but besides the point, they still made it for me and didnât charge me for the smoothie or the coffee (which they did NOT have to do, itâs not their fault that iâm stupid đ) but i appreciated it so much!!!!! they were SO nice and understanding

I always go to this location because itâs not too far away from my house and I normally donât have a problem but they messed up on my food multiple times and then acted like it was my fault. Then as I was waiting for my food I could see them gossiping when it was their fault to begin with. Very rude!!
