Monzu Bakery absolutely wowed us! We ordered a Strawberry Fields layer cake, Strawberry Fields cupcakes, and Peach Melba cupcakes for our baby shower — all gluten-free — and everything was incredible. Everyone raved about the decadent flavors and they followed my inspiration photos and instructions perfectly. Monzu is our go-to for events, but really knocked this one out of the park!

They have horrible customer service and they need to hire people to manage their store front, social media and website if they are serious about their business. I am trying to order a custom cake and had called earlier in the month. They had told me I’m calling too early and to call back a week prior to event. So guess what I did…called a week and a day earlier to my event and now they are saying it’s 2 weeks ahead and won’t take my order. The person’s attitude was very nonchalant and did not care about the situation. I cannot believe it and now I’m out of a cake for my daughter’s bday! Well thanks for being loud and clear you don’t need my business.

I had my daughters cake 1st bday cake made here along with smash cake and it was absolutely beautiful! Everyone loved it. I've sampled many of there flavors and there all delicious! I highly recommend.

The cake for my parents’ 50th Anniversary party was beautiful! I sent a picture of a cake I liked and they duplicated it perfectly! It tasted just as good as it looked. We had a layer of strawberry shortcake, pina colada (a crowd favorite) and chocolate with ganache! Very professional and easy to work with. Very reasonable delivery/set up fee!
