We eat here once a week and have literally never had a bad meal or bad service! This is hands down our favorite place. Caden was our server tonight and he is one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere around here! We recommend narrow bridge to all of our friends and family.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Only 4 tables and the server was never around. Had to ask someone to get her so we could order. When we were done eating, we had to get up and get our own to go container, servers were at the bar on their phones! After we packed up our food, still no check, because the server was on her phone sitting at the bar, we had to go up to the bar to ask for our check! Not a good lunch experience at a new place! Kudos to the kitchen for the excellent food!

My husband and I have tried this place a few time and have never had a good experience. This is where we went wrong today. We thought we’d give it another go and ended up more disappointed than we have ever been. Besides the food not being hot ( warm) our server wasn’t very good. When we asked for a box she placed it down on dirty dishes instead of the open clean part of the table. Then grabbed my husband’s plate of food (fries) he was still eating and took it away from him. Mind you he was still eating off his plate. Then after leaving when checking our account we noticed we got double charged. So we go back and talk to a manager . The manager checks into it and says oh I see what she ( the server) did. She pre authorized the transaction . Then charged you for it. She mentioned then that she’s not sure why she would do that. Then she tells us I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do, technology what can I say , sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesn’t. This was a human error not technology I have never in my life been charged $100 for a $49.01 meal. But no worries because the manager let us know that eventually the pre authorization should go back on our card

First time eating here, and it won't be my last. There were ten in our party, and we were all so pleased with our food. Our server was amazing as well. If you haven't tried Narrow Bridge before, do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
I was greeted upon entry. Very clean and a good crowd for a Wednesday night following Christmas.My turn off was being charged 3% for a credit card fee.I get it that Narrow Bridge gets charged by the big credit card companies, but “Narrow Bridge” needs to do a better job to negotiate with the CC company, or bury this cost in their sales.By calling this up-charge out and passing it on to me you lost me as a future customer.BTW, I paid $14.65 for my 3 beers and I’m sure Narrow Beisge could have covered my $.40 up charge of 3%.I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat, but their menu looked awesome and wish I would have tried their wings, but timing didn’t allow.

Great overall bar and grill. The live music made it even better. The goat flatbread was wonderful and the trio of fries, cannot go wrong! The serving size was nice everyone was not hungry at the end of the meal.
My first time! It was a great place! The seafood platter I had was so good! Tasty bloody mary and the atmosphere is laid back and fun :)

Another awesome experience at Narrowbridge. Beautiful facility with a nice stage to showcase the live bands. Last night enjoyed the music of Acoustic Mayhem. Marissa was a great waitress very attentive and friendly! The Chipotle avocado burger is delicious! The triple fries that come with it are good too.

Old Fashions were awesome, waitress was great and food was excellent. Gave a 4 star on atmosphere as it was a bit dark where we were seated in the corner. I'm not old and I had a slight difficulty reading the menu due to lighting, outside of that, atmosphere seemed good.
