This business is very accommodating. I spent hours searching for a bakery who bakes gluten free bread. I can attest that out of the 8 bakeries i contacted in the greater Green Bay area this is the Only bakery who bakes exactly what i needed. I thank you !!

On my birthday, my brother in law & his girlfriend surprised me with a Chocolate Turtle Layer cake from Naturally Delightful that was so amazing!!! No one realized it was gluten free, as the cake was moist & chocolatey. But the Frosting was...aaawww! We expected it to be buttercream, but it had a hint of Peanut Butter! So Delicious! And Caramel! And Pecans! On top & in the thick layer! I highly recommend this cake!

First time trying this bakery and will definitely be ordering again! We had a chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and it was wonderful! The cake looked exactly like the picture I sent and tasted even better. Every single guest at the party loved it. Look forward to trying other things from this bakery.

This is the first time that I ordered from this bakery. My granddaughter told me about this bakery. She requested me to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday as she has celiac‘s. I was so excited to learn of this Bakery. I had sent an email with a picture of the cake that we wanted and spoke with the owner directly on the phone the next day with the conversation on the call I spelled out exactly what I wanted it to say on the cake, I was very specific on the spelling of the cake when I got there to pick up said cake, The spelling was wrong, and she said well I wrote it down exactly as you said it on the phone. This is not correct I said exactly what I wanted the spelling to be, she was able to correct the spelling. Not only the spelling but the color was wrong. It was to be entirely pink cake and the base was white instead. when I got home I wanted to take a picture of the cake to send to my granddaughter. I opened the box and the top of the cake, the frosting was smashed down. It had frosting on the cake box itself when I called the Bakery I was told that I must’ve done something that it was my fault because they use the boxes all the time, first of all, I carried it exactly as instructed to carry it. I set it gently on the floor of the car never did I touch the top of the box. The owner was very rude to me on the phone telling me it was my fault that it never happened before and they always use those boxes so it had to be my fault. She said I could come back and she could fix it but I had to go soon because she leaves at one now mind you I have other stuff to do the cake is for today. I did not have time to get there by 1 o’clock, this is very poor customer service, and I did tell her that I would never go there again, and I will spread the news of how poorly the situation was handled. There was no suggestion of a possible refund and I’m very disappointed because this was supposed to be a surprise my daughter for her birthday and the cake got ruined. The only way I can assume is that when she put the label on top of the cake box, she pushed down on it and then to blame me. this is unacceptable to blame the customer. I will not go back and I will not recommend to anyone.

When I went into the store I was greeted and helped by the owner. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful! I bought a few items to keep stored in my freezer as I come from out of town.
I would travel the 2 hours again and again to eat these treats!
When I bit into the cookie stuffed with cookie dough frosting I cried happy tears… not being dramatic, really did! Beyond yummy!

I love this place! Everything is vegan and gluten free. Which in Wisconsin I never would have thought. Every time I go into the store everyone's nice. They also sell it that different local grocery stores around. I do wish that they had vegan only options and not gluten-free. But I do get how that could potentially cross contaminate to a different order. 5 out of 5 would recommend! Updated from previous review on 2024-09-13

We order bakery every month for an event we host. Our breakfast bakery items are always ready on time, with a nice variety from month to month. People like the gluten-free and seasonal options, and everything tastes delicious.

I ordered a cake for my boyfriend’s son’s 6th birthday party. He is allergic to eggs and nuts, so it’s not the easiest to find places that cook without those ingredients. I came here after having tried a cake last summer that my friend special ordered for Elijah to have at her daughter’s birthday. Elijah asked for a rainbow cake so I did some searching online and found a couple examples. I reached out to Brooklynne and came in for a consultation. She was very polite and professional and asked all the right questions. She took the photo and props I brought and made it into a reality. The cake was absolutely amazing. Elijah is the most pickiest child I know, and he loved it! All the other moms were asking where this cake came from as they couldn’t believe how great it tasted! I will 100% be coming back here in the future for all my cake needs. Thank you again, Brooklynne for making Elijah’s day extra special!

If you are looking for vegan and gluten free treats, this is the place. Their cakes are moist and flavorful and they don't taste like you're missing out because it's vegan (I've been vegan for about 5 years, and I am of the opinion that truly good vegan baked goods are tough to come across). They're super responsive and friendly, and I LOVE that they always have something ready to go, from cakes to donuts to brownies. Whether you're vegan/gluten free or not, give them a try!

So good! I recently went from a vegetarian diet to vegan and gluten free for health reasons. I don't mind the substitutes for most things but could not find good bakery items. Naturally Delightful was recommended by a few people and I'm so grateful to have them in the community. The apple fritter is on point!! I can't wait to try more things : D

We got a baseball cake for our sons birthday. The cake was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. This is the third year we’ve use this bakery and it’s the best we’ve found in the area! The only think I would say is the writing for my sons name was in yellow and it made it harder to see. I think a red or blue would have been a better choice. Other than that everything was great!

Found cookies at Festival Foods, they were flavorful, moist, delicious.
