The food was as expected, however the service was less than we had hoped for. We showed up 50 minutes before close and were rudely made aware that when restaurant would be closing in 50 minutes.
We were well aware of the hours of operation, infact, the fact that they were open until 10pm was a primary reason we stopped for soup.
The situation was uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome. We finished our meal and left by 9:40pm.

Not impressed at all. This place has gone down hill from severavlyears ago. Food was just edible and that's about it, portions are small for the money, service felt like customers were an inconvenience, store was not very clean.

Ordered the duo chicken parm with garlic parm noodles. What i got was two types of noodles in one container. No sauce and think chicken. I also opted for the cheesy garlic bread. Which arrived shrunk and stale. Very displeased and not likely to order from this establishment again

Portions are extremely small. Got the pulled pork Mac and cheese and it came with almost no pulled pork..None of the employees were very friendly either. Then I watched cheese sit out for more than 20 minutes… hopefully I don’t get sick 🥴

Very Impressive. If i was managing or currently owning a restaurant as in the past I would be offering Mat too dollar to come work with my company. Over the top perfection in regard to his service and follow thru. There is a big difference between a person who does their job for $, and a person who does their job for personal gratification as a result of great customer service efforts. And it is very apparent Mat is in it for the latter of the two.

This was a fine meal. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t over the top amazing. I had the regular Mac n Cheese and it was fine. I could easily go to another place to get better Mac n Cheese and I could easily go to another place to get worse Mac n Cheese. Other than that, my Lemonade was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was as good as any other American food chain.

Yum!!! Im totally hooked on the Pasta Fresca but at $12.50 a pop to get the pasta with some chicken it's expensive but a nice treat so I splurged on their offer to buy a $50 gift card and get a free $10 bonus card so I can look forward to almost 5 future meals. Then Ill be sick of it lol
Very Poor Service, went to Noodles on Oneida St last night around 9:05PM and they close at 10, right when I walked in the guy in the back in the kitchen started shaking his head at us for at least 2 minutes and made us feel very unwelcomed that we turned around and left, lazy people I tell you. Can’t make my mac and cheese 55 minutes before you close? felt very unwelcomed and won’t be getting my service.

Noodles food quality has gone down hill over the past year. Just my opinion. I look for other choices now, but this Noodles was actually pretty good for quality of the food. The shrimp was actually cooked correctly and was quite good. They over spice the cajun noodles but I still enjoyed the meal. I would stop at this Noodles again if I am in the area.

Fantastic staff, and the food was delicious. I got the green goddess salad for the first time, and I loved it. The only negative is that the drink machines are old and do not function well. Ice shot all over from one, and the other only worked if the button was pressed extremely hard. Maybe corporate could buck up and get some new drink dispensers
