Every single time I have ordered from this location they have been missing multiple items in the order. I just recently called because I am missing three things and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to someone that could actually take care of the issue

Terrible service. Super long wait. Place was filthy. Girl wasn’t friendly. No apology. Nothing. Waited over 30 minutes. My entire salad was brown.

Food is yummy. This restaurant was very dirty though. Everything was dirty. The bathrooms. The floors, the tables all had remnants of people's meals on them and it was impossible to find a clean table to eat on. So, cleaned my own table with wet paper towels from the bathroom. The fountain drink screen was so covered in fingerprints, it was gross. I cleaned that too.

I was also on crutches. None of the doors open automatically or with any assistance. How do people in wheel chairs get in?

My son and I stopped before going to a baseball game and we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. We never received our food and needed to ask for a refund. Several others did the same. Never once did the manager apologize as she was processing our refund. We were not offered any discounts or gift cards for the inconvenience and horrible service. I will NEVER visit this particular establishment again. Maybe workers called in sick. Maybe a large majority of the staff were "trainees." Maybe. However, every patron in that restaurant deserved at least some sort of explanation or a simple "I'm sorry." You failed in every aspect of customer service. You received one star only because it required me to give at least one.

Our food sat on the counter at least 15 minutes while the one young man working the counter continued to take orders.
The kitchen just kept piling food on the counter to get cold.
Once we got up to get our own food it was as cold as the air conditioned air.
We took it home to microwave.

$50 spent today.

gave it two stars because i’ve generally had good experiences here before but this time was NOT it. the girl taking orders couldn’t find what my boyfriend wanted and had to ask not one but TWO separate employees how to find it. then they couldn’t apply my coupon because they had the WRONG ORDER pulled up on the computer. the girl taking orders didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing (maybe she was new, not her fault) but the manager (??) was really sarcastic and kind of rude. the food is pretty good but has definitely gone down in quality while the pricing has gone way up. probably not gonna come back for awhile.

I went in and ordered the BBQ chicken backyard salad, but with no chicken and just extra dressing to go. I sat down and watched the cook give it to the person that took my order and right away she gave it back to him and said” no chicken”. I was impressed that luckally she caught it. He said to her “ it wasnt on the ticket”. After getting the order I did see she did not put it on the ticket to the bag, but dont know if the have special kitchen instructions. They did give me my extra sauce. However, after I got home and took everything out including the dressings that they put in the salad, they guy did not take out all the chicken. I am sadly disapointes that if he was that lazy to not pick out his mistake that he didnt just make a new one. I do not fault that lady who took my order, just the lazy cook.

Cashier did not ask for my rewards number, I had to ask to give it to him, not a huge deal. What is a big deal is this is the second time in a row this location didn't give me any meat on a to go order when I paid for it. Last time I didn't complain, now I am. And, I gave them the obligatory 15% tip at checkout before receiving the food...adding insult to injury. Been coming here for years, might not be back for awhile now. Feel free to contact me to reimburse me for the stolen meat.
