Hello friends. My day started off rough. I thought that getting some noodles and company would make my day better. I ordered some food for pick up, and when I got there, I realized I had ordered it to the wrong location! Instead of having to drive 20 minutes to go get it, they made me an entire new meal for free! They saved me a total of $50. I am beyond grateful for the staff at this location. Overall, the place was very clean and had great service. Overall, this is an amazing place.

Every single time I have ordered from this location they have been missing multiple items in the order. I just recently called because I am missing three things and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to someone that could actually take care of the issue

Terrible service. Super long wait. Place was filthy. Girl wasn’t friendly. No apology. Nothing. Waited over 30 minutes. My entire salad was brown.

Food is yummy. This restaurant was very dirty though. Everything was dirty. The bathrooms. The floors, the tables all had remnants of people's meals on them and it was impossible to find a clean table to eat on. So, cleaned my own table with wet paper towels from the bathroom. The fountain drink screen was so covered in fingerprints, it was gross. I cleaned that too.

I was also on crutches. None of the doors open automatically or with any assistance. How do people in wheel chairs get in?

My son and I stopped before going to a baseball game and we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. We never received our food and needed to ask for a refund. Several others did the same. Never once did the manager apologize as she was processing our refund. We were not offered any discounts or gift cards for the inconvenience and horrible service. I will NEVER visit this particular establishment again. Maybe workers called in sick. Maybe a large majority of the staff were "trainees." Maybe. However, every patron in that restaurant deserved at least some sort of explanation or a simple "I'm sorry." You failed in every aspect of customer service. You received one star only because it required me to give at least one.

Our food sat on the counter at least 15 minutes while the one young man working the counter continued to take orders.
The kitchen just kept piling food on the counter to get cold.
Once we got up to get our own food it was as cold as the air conditioned air.
We took it home to microwave.

$50 spent today.
