This place some how simultaneously dropped the quality of their food and raised their prices. They raised the prices of their teriyaki chicken to almost $10 which I was fine with that but they also raised the price of the extra chicken from $1 to $2.49. That is ridiculous. The quality of the food also has gone down. It was really dry and when I asked for extra sauce, they poured half a spoon full. The last couple times I went there I have been disappointed and after this I'm just not going to go anymore.

Rude cashier. Asked about a drink that was ordered when it wasn't abundantly obvious that it was in the same bag as the food. Was repeatedly and rudely told to "check the bag."They were busy, and I get that, but if that's going to be such an issue for you then maybe find a different job. Nobody deserves to get snapped at when asking a simple question regarding their order.

Ordered teriyaki chicken white rice and veggies. Got chicken glazed in grease with zero flavor and cold rice and veggies(also slobbered with grease). Which I did get the order Doordarshan but the rice and veggies were warm in some areas and cold in others which is not due to delivery. Absolutely disgraceful this is not Japanese food. Luckily I ordered an egg roll so managed not to starve after wasting 23$ getting this travesty of a meal delivered. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

A hidden treasure, but if you know, you know! Definitely needs more restaurants! Recommend everything they serve, and you won't be disappointed!
Ordered a combo number 7. Asked for NO MUSHROOM because I'm deathly allergic to mushrooms. Food came, you guessed it. MUSHROOMS. Can't eat it. My fiance had to swap his food with mine because tried to call in to rectify this and can't even do that. I'd not recommend ANYONE eat this. They can't even answer a phone to fix an order they got wrong that could literally end my life due to the severity of my allergy. Thanks for nothing, Nori Japan.

Quick delivery, large amount of food.Had combo #7 with chicken, steak & shrimp - excellent grill flavor! Good pork fried rice, great noodles & veggies, also good pork egg roll. Best Asian food I’ve ever had! So Yummy!!

Good food, and always made fast. Their credit card system caused some confusion because it created two pending transactions on my account. One pending transaction is fine, but two means one of them is holding up funds in my bank account that I can't use for several days. It's best to use an actual credit card instead of debit for this reason. Or pay with cash.

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. The chicken and shrimp teriyaki is amazing! I never rave about food and I've been to restaurants all over the states. The next time I get to be in greenbay I will definitely be grabbing another dish. Thank you so much for the great food!
