Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was great . The service was poor because we didn't get refills. Didn't box our food. Didn't even bring us boxes or a bag and had to get a manger for service. Then they changed rewatds system so we lost out on over 20$ in coupos.... Highly disappointed

My server Aggie was amazing! Best experience at a dining establishment I’ve ever had, service was amazing and friendly, very accommodating to my diet restrictions and offered many solutions and options that would be properly accommodating, and I will be requesting her every time I come back! She is a very hardworking young lady and definitely deserves a raise!!

I never thought I'd say this, but Olive Garden was amazing! My husband decided to splurge on food that hurts his tummy, since it was already bothering him, and Olive Garden did NOT disappoint. Neither of us have been here for years, so we were kind if apprehensive. Our waiter Colton passed our empty water glass test, and was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was not too noisy, as is often an issue at many restaurants. The food was hot and up to my very picky standards.

THE GREEN BAY, WI LOCATION ON ONEIDA ST. IS JUST RIDICULOUS. Olive Garden head office needs to re-educate staff there.
The servers along with the hostess and the busboys and all other stuff, ALL OF THEM CONTINUOUSLY WALK AROUND WITH THEIR HEADS DOWN.
No one is aware of their surroundings. No one lifts their eyes off the ground. TUNNEL VISION.
THEY NEED TO GLANCE UP ONCE IN AWHILE AND FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON, IN CASE SOMEBODY NEEDS SOMETHING.
-- In the beginning -- I was waving my hand for 5 minutes and then had to call out to somebody else's server to get my server to slightly change in order.
-- At the end of the meal --because I couldn't print the receipt, I waved my hand for a whole 15 minutes... but because I had paid my bill, NO SERVERS WERE AROUND, only staff to clean off the tables and a hostess showing folks to a nearby section still within view (but their heads were down).
** 15 MINUTES OF WAVING **
** EVENTUALLY I HAD TO TELEPHONE THE RESTAURANT TO HAVE THE MANAGER COME BACK AND TALK TO ME so I could offer this feedback **
I can tell you for sure that the Appleton Wisconsin location is not like this.
THE GREEN BAY ONEIDA STREET LOCATION SUCKS.
Things need to change at this Green Bay location.

And let’s talk about those breadsticks. Warm, soft, and perfectly seasoned — truly irresistible. I tried to stop at one, but they clearly kneaded me to have more.

We normally aren't really chain restaurant people, but we had a really good experience here monday night, our server was competent and attentive, drinks were good, our food came out lightning quick and was pretty good

Absolutely horrible! Food was disgusting we found a black hair in an entree. I got sick after eating here. Cooks need hairnets and learn how to make food that’s edible

Food is good but prices are getting too high to eat here.
