Absolutely horrible! Food was disgusting we found a black hair in an entree. I got sick after eating here. Cooks need hairnets and learn how to make food that’s edible

I've been here a couple of times for lunch and get the soup and salad deal. The soups are actually quite tasty, and while I wouldn't necessarily order a salad the way it comes with the deal, it's still good. The breadsticks are simply ok. Each time I've eaten here, the waitstaff is pleasant and attentive. As another person commented, the tables are close to each other, and you bang the chair behind you when you scoot your chair back when getting up from the table.

Whatever Jake the server makes ain't enough. Guy had a good sense of humor and kept us entertained. Checked in periodically to make sure everything was okay. Absolute epitome of a good server

I’ve visited a few Olive Gardens in the last few years and in different states. They have all been just ok. But this location was amazing! We were there two nights this last week and the food was amazing! Great service too.

The food and service at this location fall well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Olive Garden. I’m genuinely surprised by the high ratings—this restaurant appears to be poorly managed. A middle-aged female manager, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was especially rude and dismissive during our visit.

I won’t be returning, and I’ll actively discourage others from dining here. If I want Olive Garden the 30 minutes drive to their other local locations are worth the extra time.

Appleton locations consistently deliver far better service and food quality. This particular restaurant would benefit from a serious reassessment of staff, training, and overall management approach

Ordered catering option from Olive Garden on Oneida Street for an event at Green Bay Botanical Gardens. They could not deliver Saturday as they had no driver so I arranged for pick up. I had driver make them go in kitchen and double check order. Driver was told it was all there. Missing from order was stereo and warming trays for the buffet set up. Also missing was cheese packets for the salad and the chocolate dessert pieces. I called manager I told of issue and how upset I was. I wanted refund for items not food but items not in order. I wanted my tip I prepaid the day before removed as I felt I did not get service for a tip. The food would be cold to serve. Things are missing . She offered to refund for sterno and steamer tables for items not delivered and to send a driver with warmers . By the time she would get there to event and I had to warm up food to feed the crowd it would take over 45 min. I told her it would be too late by then. She told me the food should be warm enough for my gathering. I picked up food for 11:30 people would be eating for 1 pm. Smug with her response. I told her I did not want a gift certificate to dine there and to remove the cost for prepaid items not received and the 20 percent tip I prepaid. She refused to refund the 20 percent tip. She told me she was unable to do so. She again refused to remove tip from card. I told her I don’t care what she has to do to make it right with her employees they did not provide a service that was critical and I did not want to tip them. I told her I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute and she said I was free to do so. I had to have botanical gardens allow me use of their microwave and heat up 30 serving entries. Moral never ever prepay a tip. I felt a tip was not justified for services not provided. Despite my driver asking them to go in kitchen and double check order and they did the mistake happened. The whole atmosphere of having to microwave 30 plates of food and expect a tip to me is ridiculous! Never pre pay a tip, have driver go through all items and not have staff recheck. Do not order salad for catering it smells and tastes like bagged grocery store salad. A tip is for exceptional service help me understand how we received exceptional service.

I went to the Green Bay location and it was extremely busy. I waited between 5 and 10 minutes for my server to come to my table because I think she was busy with a large party. But what happened after that made me feel like a celebrity! I had 2 managers come to me, one brought me my drink and took my order right away. I believe his name was Nathan. Then I had a different server tell me she was taking over for the original server. They all kept checking up on me, asking if I needed refills or anything, and I even got a desert on the house! The food was hot and delicious. I got the Chicken Alfredo. They all apologized for the wait several times. The hostess even came over. So what started off as a blunder really turned out nicely. I just wanted to say thank you. I knew it was busy and I could see after this happened it wasnt the norm.

Never worth the $25 for a meal, nothing against OG but just not worth the money for what you get. Service was nothing to be ashamed of, and food was decent but not worth $25.
