For a nice Cafe feeling, it's great. I love the fireplace. The food I ordered tasted great and is healthier than fast food.

This location had fast service, everything made to order. Enjoyed the Apple Fuji Salad, was very good.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. Got back to the hotel and my vegan friend's sandwich has feta all over it! I called and apparently the only thing they can do is mail us coupons. My friend had to throw out her sandwich and order from a different restaurant. We could not go back to get a new sandwich because the restaurant was closing. I'm very frustrated!

Love their soup and sandwiches I have not had any desserts yet but the chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries is so good.

Very good 👍🏼 I paid $20 for just one person, it is a little on the budget of $20
I don’t understand how multiple times I will order online, and then get caught up waiting as people who just ordered get their food before me, I enjoy the food a lot it just gets frustrating and defeats the point of ordering online most the time, also sometimes the order will be signed as checked over, but items will be missing or wrong
I love Panera Bread!
This location is cleaner and more open than the one across town. The staff is pleasant, from what I could tell with the little interaction we had with them. When you walk in, you're greeted with some kiosks for self-ordering. This is nice, if you don't have any questions and/or don't want to talk with anyone. It's a little strange that the kiosk asks for a tip in this case, though. You take your own order, deliver your own food, and bus your own table, so there really isn't any service to tip on more than the deli at a grocery store.
That said, the place is clean, the food is decent, though they could use a few more vegan options, and the staff are polite.
The lemonade and other drinks they have are worth getting, and the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich is pretty good. I got mine without feta, my wife got hers with, and we both enjoyed them. My daughter likes their mac and cheese, which uses big noodles and is a big step up from the Kraft Mac and cheese a few area restaurants serve. My wife and daughter also found their strawberry banana shakes to be quite good
Vegetarian options: They don't have a ton, but they're pretty easy to spot.
Kid-friendliness: The mac and cheese is good. Not sure what else I'd recommend for kids here

The Mediterranean chicken salad was not good. Very disapoointed. I think the dressing was bad. I have had it before and it was delicious.

Never have bread bowls. Will let you place orders and drive across town and wait in their line for 20 minutes just to tell you they are out after they already said you got the last one. Very awful customer service.
Always a great tasting sandwich!
