First I call to place my order 20 minutes before I plan on picking up my pizza. I show up to grab it and they say they never got the order. I then place my order and was told it would be a 18 minute wait until the pizza is done. I go back inside after 20 minutes and they still didn’t even start the pizza. I’m amazed at the terrible customer service of these people. I almost called toppers down the street when they didn’t receive my first order. Now I wish I would have

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago they automatically assigned it to doordash which took another hour and a half for the pizza to get here after it was done the manager on duty was very disrespectful when called to check in on my order and told me that there is nothing she will do I do not recommend this location or this store for anybody

Wasn’t gonna complain but this is the second time I’m notified via app that my order is done. Show up at the store and they forgot to make the bread sticks. So here I sit! Do better!

Wow centerload a pizza much?? People screaming and yelling behind the counter ... One person literally pushing others outta the way saying I got this all by myself and don't need your help to other employees... Damn delivery driver came back and he probably had to duck and cover it was like a riot was going on in the back!

The toppings must be counted per piece, so skimpy and the crust was tough and too much of it out at the edge. There is no good pizza chains anymore because of two main reasons,1. The employees don't care about the quality of work they do, and 2. The company is probably telling them to be cheap on the toppings. Just not worth the money.

Ordered a HUGE amount of pizza for my family as they were visiting and meeting my boyfriends family for the first time...we wanted a nice, casual, dinner at home so we ordered from Papa John's - 5 pizzas and 2 cheese breads....ordered ahead via the website for pickup at 5'ish pm, paid in full - it was not cheap. We got there slightly early and pizzas were all ready which we thought was a little weird, but got them home (we live less than 6 minutes away) and sat down to eat - ALL OF THEM APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN OLD AND COOKED A LONG TIME AGO. IT WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. When I tried to call to complain, I heard laughing on the other end of the line before I was put on hold and then no one ever came back to the line....my families were here and I was so sad at how everything was happening I just went back to them. But Papa John's ruined the night our parents met and that was a pretty rotten experience that we won't forget.

Ordered online as I always do. Went to pick up my order and was told "I'll be with you shortly." There was 3 people making pizzas. I already ordered and paid online. All they had to do was hand me my order which was already sitting there ready to go. Instead they went back to doing what they were doing. Finally someone came up from the back door, I'm assuming someone who was just doing deliveries, and asked if I had been helped yet and I said no. I just need my order I placed online. He hands me my order. It could have all been so simple but instead the 3 other employees left me waiting. Horrible customer service. Not impressed. Oh and our pizza and bread sticks were over cooked and dry as f.
Pizza was garbage... toppings were literally lumped in two spots, there was 2 full slices that had nothing on them at all... extremely disappointed and will never order from them again.
The papadilla was ok... would consider ordering again.
Cheese bread was ok.... not bad, not special.
Cinnamon pull apart dessert was surprisingly good.
Overall I was exceptionally disappointed with papa John's... the quality of their food is sub par at best and not worthy of reordering any time soon if ever again.
