Our pizza was never cut and there was no garlic butter provided. We ordered extra sauce on our pizza and it was dry. When I went inside to pick up the pizza, there was a speaker blaring music, so it was hard to hear the employee.

One of the delivery drivers was very reckless. Tailgating me and other drivers. Passed me on the right in no passing zone on the shoulder. When pulled alongside, started flipping me off. Stopped in store to let manager know and he blew me off. Next time cops will be called. Was tailgating other vehicles and weaving between cars. Drives an Avalon vehicle.

The customer service I just received was amazing. I don't know who the shorter kid behind the scenes was who cut my pizza and brought me out my food/drink, but I was incredibly impressed. As always, the food is amazing.

I didn’t want to make this review but I’ve decided to, since I want to warn others. Some weeks back I ordered papa John’s from here with a coupon. That day the cell towers were being weird and it was hard to get calls through here and there, so I missed the single call the delivery driver tried to send. I tried to call back with no luck, so I called the restaurant. They said the driver told them it was a bot that made the order and it “wasn’t a real order” because the call didn’t go through on the first try, when everyone that day had been talking about the cell towers being weird. They said they’d send the driver back out with my pizza. The driver arrived and called saying they were here, but I didn’t see them. I fully walked outside and only then did the driver get out of the car. I live in an apartment complex and I get that those can be frustrating, but this driver didn’t even try to find my apartment. He hadn’t even gotten out of his vehicle. He was very rude as he handed me the pizza. I got inside and looked at the pizza and it was cold. I suspect they didn’t remake the pizza, they just sent the same pizza that had been made an hour before when I first placed the order. I called the store again and managed to get a refund, but the whole experience made me not want to order from there anymore. I’ve had problems with this place before as well, like when they didn’t bring my soda and they were irritated about it. I work in food so I hate leaving negative reviews like this, but this was such a negative experience that I feel like I can never order Papa John’s again. Now I have to find a different pizza place to order from and all the points I’ve saved in the app are worthless.

Ordered a pizza and papa bites and only got my pizza. When i called back the manager said oh sometimes the small boxes get stuck in the bag and shed call the driver. Never heard back and the food never got delivered. Wont order again as they just wasted 10 dollars.

My daughter and I walk in to get a pizza but the day time manager on duty was rude and didn't even talk to us. I thought this was a family friendly place but it's far from that. Looks like you guys need new management.
