“Well done” does not mean blackened & tasting like charcoal. Spent $$ on a large pepperoni pizza, ordered it well done. Saw the pizza & thought, “oh the crust is real dark”, but was unprepared for the black bottom. Tried to eat it, couldn’t.
Called the store, asked to speak to the manager. He did not care, at all. Just told me that he would use this feedback for “next time”. I told him I can’t eat it, it tastes like charcoal. He told me thanks for calling & to have a great night.
THIS is the type of reason why I had not ordered from them in a while, and this is the reason my $$ will be spent in the future at an amazing pizza place that costs about the same a block away: GALLAGHER’s!!

Better ingredients, better pizza....um I don't think so. Over cooked so fast it was burnt and raw at the same time, and all this grease!This chains pizza use to be very good. However over the year gets worse. I'm never ordering from them again. Would have been a waste but the dog seemed to enjoy it. Lmao stay away!

Haven’t been to papa johns in years. I was disappointed all around. Two slices of my medium pizza were ruined because of a giant dough bubble that had popped. Boneless wings were soggy and didn't taste good at all. Also, paid an extra dollar (outrageous) for garlic sauce, and one of the cups came with the seal a quarter of the way open. Tossed it right in the trash. They should be coming completely sealed. Guess I will be going on another hiatus
I had ordered $40 worth a food like we have done once a week for a long time. We always tip the drivers very well. Our food comes after being almost an hour late and they had forgot one of our items. My wife calls back and the guy says they will send it right back out. Should be about 1/2 hour. After an hour I call back and the guy says we didn't get to it and we will not be able to send it out. He says we can give you a couple bucks off your next order. I persist in arguing with him and ask to speak to the manager and he hangs up on me. I call right back and he hangs up on me again. I send a email survey about the situation and never received word back. We now go to domino's and will never order from there again.

This is the second straight time that pizza wasn’t ready on time even though the app said it was ready. Waited 45mins-1 hour after I got to the store. Severely understaffed. Only two people were working at the time. Was never given any of the side cups that I paid for. Used to love Papa John’s and not sure what changed but will likely not be ordering from this location for quite awhile.

Just couldn't do it. Went to pick up the pizza watched the cooks touching their head then the food, the worst was watching him operate the register, not wash his hands and go right back to making your deliciously contaminated pizza. Wow, just wow.

Pizza came 2 hours late, it was ice cold and they forgot the mug root beer. The manager Dalton was EXTREMELY rude, put me on hold until I had to hang up, called back and he hung up on me and then had to call from my sons phone only for him to say what do you want me to do about it. This is by far the worst service I have experienced and the management is extremely disappointing! We have ordered from here for years, but will not anymore and that’s terrible.
