My pizzas haven't had hardly any last few months. I've gotten good service in the past. I give good tips and pay for extra sauce. Had to wait an hour for cold pizza this time. I'll be bringing my business elsewhere from now on.

Apparently walking to the door to deliver a pizza is "entering the property" because our entrance is in the back yard. The driver requested that I meet him out in front of the house, then hung up on me. So I did meet him up front and explained that nothing dangerous is in the back yard and it's fully accessible because there is no lock or gate on the fence. The driver and I shared words over the fence as he walked away and I was saying that I would call the store.When I called to speak to the manager, Dalton was rather dismissive and provided a free Large pizza on the account and assured me he would talk to the driver because the attitude was uncalled for. Dalton also hung up on me with a condescending "have a nice evening, Sir".This stores team sounds like a joke if that's how there manager handles customer service issues.

I go here at least once per week for lunch at work for the last 2-3 months. The employees at this location are top notch! I usually order through the app and prepay so all I need to do is swing by and pick up my pie. This time, for some reason, the app decided to undo my prepay default, turning my order into a cash order without my knowledge. They ended up giving me my order for free even when I said I will pay them for it after checking my Venmo didn't go through. Top notch customer service, will continue to be a regular customer at this location.

Food is good for the price, nothing fantastic but it's quite good. I'd recommend avoiding the Philly cheese and going for their BBQ, personally.
My son wanted his pizza cut into squares, and they were happy to oblige. I was in the car and on the car phone, and they were patient with me so I could get my order placed on my way to the store before I got home from my shopping!Kid-friendliness: So sweet to my 5 year old ?

This is one of my favorite places to get a pizza! The only time I got a pizza that was messed up they were great about it and had a new one made right away! Also never had a bad experience with the workers. They are always friendly and the atmosphere is great!!

When I called, a guy at a call center answered….he was awful! Wanted to charge me for packets of crushed red pepper and parm Cheese packets. Once we went to the store…they were amazing!!!!!! They should get rid of the call center and have a person devoted to the phone lines
