If I could share 10 stars for service, I would. We were visiting from NM for the packers game. Pho was the right call because we were FREEZING. I was worried we were “those people” by coming in at 7:00 pm, 30 min before closing. We were ready to take it home, but the owner insisted we stay so the quality of the food upheld (and boy did it). So happy we chose Pho Lodge.

The eggrolls were great, and the pho was decent. It wasn't bad by all means, but if you're looking for an authentic pho experience, I would look elsewhere. The beef ribs were delicious and tender, but I can't say I'd go here again for pho - it definitely caters to the Caucasian tongue.
The broth is lacking depth of flavor, is very beefy and clean, but missing the flavors of the herbs and spices that typically go into pho. There is also no tripe, tendon, raw slices of beef, brisket, and no basil :/.
If you want delicious beef ribs, this is a great option! Don't expect to satisfy your pho cravings, though.

Do not expect the items shown on there internet menu page. This was very disappointing. There was 1 choice for the main entray. There was also egg rolls. We had medium size Pho with noodles with @2pork ribs in it and cilantro for $15.

When my husband and I first walked into Pho Lodge we were kindly greeted by a woman who's energy was so uplifting and friendly.
The atmosphere gave such warm vibes and the decor was super cool!
We got egg rolls for appetizers. The egg rolls were warm and FRESHLY made and came with a side of sauce. I believe it was a sweet and sour sauce but it tasted so much better than any regular one I have ever had. Inside the sauce was fresh green onion, cilantro and a few other chopped veggies.
After devouring 2 eggrolls and my husband's egg roll (3 total) 🤣 We were then served our Pho with ribs meat and veggies on the side.
We immediately noticed how clear and clean the broth was compared to most Pho's we have had that are darker. That meant ULTIMATE freshness! You could taste the difference in quality of the broth!
The quality of the rib meat at Pho Lodge was fantastic! The softness of the meat and how it fell right off the bone had my mouth watering! Most other places we have tried have thin slices of chewy meat that just don't compare to the rib meat and Pho Lodge.
We first tried the Pho without adding anything to it, and let me tell you, it was amazingly good all on its own. Typically, at other places I tend to use a lot of chili sauce, hoisin sauce, lime, I mean literally everything to make it have a good taste. But with the Pho at Pho Lodge You literally do not need anything else to add in the dish!
My husband does like a little spice, so he added the fresh homemade chili sauce that was on the table and he fell in love!
Pho Lodge is a MUST try. Not only Do they have delicious authentic food but truly genuine customer service as well!
Pho Lodge, you left a lasting impression on us and have a customer for life.

Wow wow wow. I can’t speak highly enough about this spot. The menu on Sundays is limited to pho and egg rolls and that’s all you need. Incredibly filling with food that makes you feel good. All of that with ownership that is warm and inviting. We’re from out of town but will always make sure this is a stop when we come back through.
