It's pretty dang good pho. The turkey tails were a first for me and they reminded me of bacon 🤤. I typically avoid red meat, but some friends had highly recommended this place to me and I was in town so decided to give it a try. The decor is not what I typically expect from a pho place but it's very Green Bay and I could tell it was from the heart of the owner. Great place for great pho!

If you’re searching for a place that delivers comfort, authenticity, and bold Vietnamese flavors all in one cozy setting, Pho Lodge is an absolute must-visit!

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve and it shows.

Now, let’s talk about the food. The pho is nothing short of spectacular. The broth is rich and aromatic, clearly simmered for hours to achieve that deep, soulful flavor. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the meat (whether you choose brisket, rare steak, or chicken) is always tender and delicious. Every bowl is served with a generous plate of fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and jalapeños just the way it should be.

Beyond the pho, their menu has a wonderful selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes. The spring rolls are crisp and fresh, the banh mi sandwiches are flavorful and satisfying, and the vermicelli bowls offer a fantastic balance of taste and texture. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Vietnamese cuisine or trying it for the first time, there’s something here for everyone.

Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. You can tell that Pho Lodge is run by people who truly care about quality and hospitality.

My favorite Pho stop! The combination of the lodge style decor, but the traditional pho restaurant menu is so interesting and unique. Portion sizes are phenomenal and the pho is made fresh daily.

We had such a great experience at Pho Lodge! I ordered the vermicelli bowl and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The noodles were super fresh, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the herbs. They were vibrant, plentiful, and brought the whole dish to life. The pork was flavorful and juicy, and the eggrolls were perfectly crispy and delicious. It was such a refreshing and satisfying meal! My husband had the pho, and while it was still tasty, the broth was just a bit on the lighter side. It could’ve used a deeper bone broth flavor and a bit more umami. That said, it was still enjoyable. Also, the turkey tails were on point! Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for solid Hmong/Vietnamese food in Green Bay!

Food is good. Refused to reserve tables for a birthday. And even though they knew we were coming in. They had no rice available except for maybe one or two people. So we were not able to order what we wanted, due to no rice. I threw away my loyalty card and haven't been back since.

First time trying it, and we were thrown of that our bowl was like a kids size. We asked for extra shrimp it's was $2.50 and realized they only put 2 shrimps. The other bowl didn't even have shrimp 😕 we didn't get basil at all as some of the other guests

My pho was amazing. Broth was very flavorful and the ribs were so good. Sliced meatball and garnish, and it was a great experience. This the first place I tried pho, so I have no comparison, but I will be trying again!!

Vietnam x Wisconsin is the best collab of Howard-Suamico since Family Video and Marco’s. The atmosphere screams northwoods cabin but the food comes from the alleyways of Hanoi. The meals are the real deal, so chopstick novices should train in advance if they’d like to enjoy this delicious feast without having to grab the food with their hands like a greasy toddler at McDonalds. The staff and owner are nice to talk to and can hook you up with the pho of your dreams! The FDA should register their food as an antidepressant.
