“We had such a great experience at Pho Lodge! I ordered the vermicelli bowl and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The noodles were super fresh, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the herbs. They were vibrant, plentiful, and brought the whole dish to life. The pork was flavorful and juicy, and the eggrolls were perfectly crispy and delicious. It was such a refreshing and satisfying meal! My husband had the pho, and while it was still tasty, the broth was just a bit on the lighter side. It could’ve used a deeper bone broth flavor and a bit more umami. That said, it was still enjoyable. Also, the turkey tails were on point! Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for solid Hmong/Vietnamese food in Green Bay!“
