Food was just as great as other pizza huts, the restaurant was a weird layout not very welcoming. My biggest complaint is they don't offer paper plates for guest from out of town especially when they're located right next to tundra lodge.

The "Manager" who refused to give me her name was the most condescending and rude human being I've ever spoken to. I had been waiting over an hour and was asking for an ETA on my order. then she jumped down my throat, wouldn't let me speak and then cancelled my order without my permission. In no universe should she be the manager of a restaurant.

Another lovely experience at a local pizza spot. If u want hot and tasty pizza, I recommend pizza hut to all.
Came here after a game. Service was a tad slow but the place seems understaffed. The one lady who took my order was great. As overwhelmed as she seemed she stayed professional. Pizza was good too

I ordered the $20 Triple-Decker box at 5:01 PM with a promised delivery time of 30 minutes. Fast forward 2 HOURS LATER, and I still don’t have my pizza. Are you kidding me? I tipped generously upfront, expecting basic service, but this experience has been nothing short of trash.
The pizza wasn’t even worth the wait—lukewarm at best. If this is the standard for Pizza Hut, it’s no wonder this franchise is on life support. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. You’ve lost a customer for good.

Kept getting redirected from an automated call center saying that they'd be contacting the store. Service has gone down hill massively. Wish the location on Taylor St in Green bay was still around.

Waited over two hours for our food to be delivered, called the store and sat on hold for almost 40 minutes. Only help I got was from the online chat with Pizza Hut as a whole. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service and lac of communication I have received. Pathetic.
