I placed a delivery order at 8:30pm on the Pizza Hut website, didn’t get my order until 10:56pm via DoorDash. The pizza and the garlic cheese bread looked like it had been sitting for 3hrs. I went to the store myself to get them to make a fresh pizza and cheese breadstick, 10min later I get another pizza (no cheese breadsticks) and it looked like the pizza was already made they just put it inside the oven to warm it literally. All I got was a $20 voucher when I spent over $30. Plus had to wait 2 plus hours for it. The photo attached is the second pizza that I had just received btw.

I ordered at 10:26 pm for pickup. My order says it's ready for pickup and when I got there the store is closed. I'm from out of town thinking it'll be better than Milwaukee... to be honest Milwaukee is better! Now I have to get food elsewhere because pizza hut decided not to make our food for us

Food was just as great as other pizza huts, the restaurant was a weird layout not very welcoming. My biggest complaint is they don't offer paper plates for guest from out of town especially when they're located right next to tundra lodge.

The "Manager" who refused to give me her name was the most condescending and rude human being I've ever spoken to. I had been waiting over an hour and was asking for an ETA on my order. then she jumped down my throat, wouldn't let me speak and then cancelled my order without my permission. In no universe should she be the manager of a restaurant.

Came here after a game. Service was a tad slow but the place seems understaffed. The one lady who took my order was great. As overwhelmed as she seemed she stayed professional. Pizza was good too

Terrible service. Order for pick up at 520 for one pizza - it's 540 now, still here. No one gave heads up on wait. Just been watching 3 employees stand and eat. Ridiculous, what am I tipping for?
