Ordered for delivery and it might actually have been the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza was way too thin, toppings were overcooked, and the crust was as chewy as cardboard. It wasn’t even edible.

I ordered a supreme pizza, I told them I wanted everything on it. The only thing I didn't want was pork, some reason they didn't understand my order and still gave me pork went up there again and they still messed my order up. Three time they were rude and disrespectful. Saying all I only wanted us ground beef when I pacifically order my supreme pizza telling them exchange the pork out for ground beef. Never will go there again.

Ordering for delivery I suggest to any and all a recording of your order; I just called wondering why the wait was so long and this extremely unpleasant manager informed me their driver attempted to deliver; and was unable. I had my window open while my girlfriend watched for the delivery person, and as she claimed I did find a text in my spam folder from the driver. A keypad is at the door with last names and apartment numbers on the legend. Was asked upper or lower during the order process; there’s 3 uppers here; upper F was given along with my name and credit card. Thanks Pizza Hut for your friendly however lacking in attempt to deliver already paid for food! Came with the Mrs. to dine in. No one was there to greet us at the door, so we just seated ourselves. Waited 10 minutes and still saw no one in the restaurant. We left since waiting 10 minutes without even seeing an employee is ridiculous.

I placed an order online and accidentally placed the order at the wrong location so I called and asked if I could either transfer it to the location by my house or cancel. They cancelled my order for me but when I went to place the order again all my rewards points were gone so I called and asked if they just keep the order so I could still use my points and they were not willing to do so. So I lost all my points and never received anything. Needless to say we went somewhere else for pizza and will not be returning.

We ordered bone in wings delivered. The order was wrong. They gave us boneless which is cheaper btw. (I didn't even mention my order was supposed 12 ct traditional sweet chili. There was only 8.) I called to tell them. The lady that answered said she made them bone in with extreme attitude. iThe receipt says bone in. I told her that it was wrong. She said she'll send out the new order and we need to give that order back and that it would be another hour. I'm not about to wait another hour after I already waited an hour for the food in the first place because THEY made a mistake and aren't willing to take responsibility for it. She said she's sending it out. I asked for a refund and she said she won't give me a refund. I got angry of course and I admit I cussed at her. She hung up on me. I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a lot kid. The quality has definitely been on a decline and now I don't even want to go anymore.

I placed a delivery order at 8:30pm on the Pizza Hut website, didn’t get my order until 10:56pm via DoorDash. The pizza and the garlic cheese bread looked like it had been sitting for 3hrs. I went to the store myself to get them to make a fresh pizza and cheese breadstick, 10min later I get another pizza (no cheese breadsticks) and it looked like the pizza was already made they just put it inside the oven to warm it literally. All I got was a $20 voucher when I spent over $30. Plus had to wait 2 plus hours for it. The photo attached is the second pizza that I had just received btw.
