Awesome staff and rarely have to wait for the pizza.

I placed my order at 4:56 pm to be delivered at 7:45 pm. I went to check my mail at 6:15 pm and the food was sitting at my door. When I called to say something the guy who spoke with me was very rude and started to argue with me saying they didn’t have the order set for a later delivery. I have uploaded a picture of my receipt showing it was! He finally cancelled the order and refunded me. I work in customer service and how he handled the call from the jump was just unbelievable. I will not be ordering from this location again!

Came here to get a pizza and was told to head to the window since the lobby was closed. Came across a guy who’s name may be Jamie, bigger pale guy, and he says I need to place the order online. I then ask if I could do that since it was only 11pm and the store closed at 12am and he went on to say no and shut the window before I could say anything else. I was about to leave but then decided to wait and get a reason as to why I could not place the order, and also why he was disrespectful with his responses. Someone else comes to the window who may be a cook after a few minutes and then tells me he doesn’t know why someone would tell me I can’t place an order since they close at 12. So I went to the parking lot to place the order and it doesn’t work. Went back to the window and this Jamie guy is back saying that he doesn’t have anything to do with the online order not working and that he’s about to close, then shuts the window again without me being able to get any other words in. No clue why he is acting this way. I called another store to explain this and they are just as confused as to why I can’t place an order since the store is not closed. Finally I’m able to place an order with a different store which was on Lombardi. Head there and I’m able to finally get my pizza. I’m not much of a complainer at all but I don’t understand why this guy came across as the most rude person I’ve ever met and then gave me false information when the store is still open. The other store agreed with me and kindly took my order even though it was almost 11:40 at this point. Brought this up because no one should have an employee who’s gonna make people not want to come back. No one should be able to not like their job enough to say that they are closing just because they’re having a bad day or whatever the reason for his actions.
My son loves pizza hut pizza. He is the only reason why I continued to order pizza from this location. There have been many incidents when I have ordered pizza where things have been forgotten on deliveries. I as a restaurant manager understand mistakes are made but when the guest gets charged for things that they do not receive, it is the duty of the manager to replace that to make it right for the guest. I have been told by this general manager twice now talking on the phone with him that he has credited my phone number for pretty much just the value of what wasn't there. That's fine to do and I accepted that even though you should do something more for the guest to make up for the mistake sometimes. It happened enough where the general manager called me and assured me that my phone number would be credited. I have now called twice to place an order and there has been no credit. I have left messages for the manager to call me and have received nothing! I don't normally post reviews when bad because I too am GM and I know that reflects back on me but I feel robbed at this point and I will no longer go to this location.

It doesn't have a menu, it doesn't have enough space inside the place, they don't know what pizzas they sell, the food is good but the service is bad and without a menu you can't order, it would be nice if you could see a menu that shows the pizzas.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Placed an order at 430pm, order arrived at 530pm missing boneless wings. Called to make them aware of the error and have them sent to me. They said they would do that. Called back at 630pm to find out what happened and the manager said my order was “too small.” So the hour that I had waited for their mistake to be corrected they couldn’t call me to tell me that it couldn’t be delivered?! So after all this waiting all the manager was willing to do was give me a store credit for the wings! 🤬

Ordered delivery, order was apparently left at my door with no notice, even though no food was ever dropped off. When I called the store, I got a resounding “I don’t know what to tell you man.” Then the representative sighed like his life depended on it, and hung up on me. If I could give you a lower review, I would.

I can assure you that this place does exist. The crew there was very likeable and helpful. We love their stuffed crust pizzas 🥰
