Waitress was amazing. Food was excellent! Had the Pastrami Reuben sooooo good! My Dad had the 8oz hamburger and he was stuffed when finished. Relaxing atmosphere. Great history in the hotel!

The food was delicious and the service was friendly, but the wait was long. We were seated immediately but waited an hour for our meal. The motif is upscale sports bar, if that makes sense. Very few vegetarian options. Good for a casual meal or cocktails, but nothing fancy.

Nice bar in the Northland Hotel with a street view of Green Bay. There are booths and tables but we sat at the bar. Friendly bar tenders and numerous specialty drinks. A bit pricey but it is what you would expect in an Autograph hotel.

Waiter was very attentive but the food did take a really long time. We ended up receiving our apps and dinner at the same time. At one point people in the bar were cheering cause they got there food. It felt a bit overpriced for what it was but it is a very beautiful location. Just would not return again.

The food was excellent. We rally enjoyed the cheese curds, the salad and the steaks. The menu is not extensive but the selections that they have are very very good. It was a nice meal. We will definitely be going back soon.

Because it was after a football game apparently they had a limited menu. The food was good, but no better than your average burger place. Fries were very good and well seasoned. Lack of diverse menu was disappointing.

Menu was limited to barely anything burgers, sandwiches and deep-fried stuff. Definitely doesn’t take anyone too talented to cook that kind of stuff. Service was slow and it wasn’t even busy. My wings were dry and completely overcooked. So disappointed I used to love this place not anymore. I went there for the salmon, and they weren’t even offering it.

One of the best places by the river. They have some unique craft beers. I recommend the pork sliders personally. I generally always have katie as my bartender(who is on top of bar orders like butter on toast) and at times eric whos pretty cool. Host Timmy is pretty chipper as well which is why I remembered his name.

Terrible service, sat down at an empty bar, and 5 bartenders gathered on the other side and gossiped. Ignored me until i called out and walked to them. Did not let me know when the kitchen closed, i told them that when i sat down, i was looking for an appetizer. They did not want me there.

We had a 6:15 pm reservation, when we arrived at 6:00 the front desk person said they were short staffed and it would be a bit. We were early anyways. We were seated and it took a long time for our server to come to greet us. We ordered drinks and that took a long time as well to get. Another server came by and asked if someone had gotten our order and we said yes. Just didn't seem like they had it together this night. The menu was limited and as with our other service then meal took a while to come out and it didn't all come out at the same time. I guess I will have to really think about going back.

Stopped in for a drink at Poke The Bear after paying my taxes. My server, Dawn, was awesome as was the manager, Ashley. The craft cocktail was very tasty! Highly recommend!!

The decor was nice. We have been here before, and the quality of the food has reallhy gone down hill. It is definitely not worth the price point. And they were out of several of the items we ordered. For our family of four we paid $150, which I'm willing to spend, but not on a food quality that is in the fast casual category. So I would not recommend going back.

I was visiting for the Chargers game, so I went with a friend who is a local to check out the Northland Hotel Autograph Collection, a relatively old Green Bay hotel. The well-known restaurant in this location is the Walnut Room, but we were just looking for lunch, so we went to Poke the Bear. Of course, the first question that comes to mind is from where does the name of the restaurant come? It is a Packers' fans reference to the Chicago Bears, I thought that was cute. Next to some of the tables in one part of the restaurant are gym lockers on the walls, to make it look like a locker room. My friend ordered the corned beef sandwich. I ordered the salmon sandwich, with a side order of honey chili brussel sprouts. The food was delicious. The service was OK. We also had drinks. Also, they had an autograph signing session that night in the hotel with 2 famous former Packer players. One of them was Santana Dotson, I don't remember the other one. Anyhow, it sounded like fun, but we did not go.

Two weddings going on.... apparently not enough bartenders at either wedding so coming to restaurant for drinks. And even more fun...restaurant bartender and servers are fighting, loud enough for us to hear sitting next to the bar. Only two tables of us and the wait for food is way too ridiculous long. Was here in the spring and it was fabulous. Now..... we won't be back!
