I ordered lunch online to get delivered to work. When I opened my bag of chips there was a total of 8 chips not including the crumbled pieces on the bottom of the bag. I then open my actual meal and there’s nothing in it. Now for the price you pay for the food here you sure get screwed over.

Had a wonderful lunch today. The staff was bright and happy. They were super helpful and the food was amazing. I will be coming back to this Qdoba for all my burrito needs!
The last few times I've ordered from here they overfilled my burrito with rice and even though I paid for double meat there was barely any. I also was supposed to have lettuce, sour cream, and 2 kinds of cheeses in it and I could not see/taste any of it! At this point I rather just eat at Chipotle or the east side location.

I placed a 50 person catering order at this location and all of the people working were so helpful and kind. They took care to label all of the containers and provided plenty of utensils and scoopers for the food. Everything was piping hot and ready to go, but they also provided hot cans to keep food warm. I picked my order up in the snow and 2 gentlemen took the time to help me carry all of the large bags out to my car and were super friendly. Fantastic experience, we will be ordering from Qdoba again!

The one on the east side is better. Here they make you feel like you don’t belong because you aren’t white. Also felt unwelcome the minute I went there because home girl doing the chips has a bad attitude. Can you racist much. I would say so. Support the east side location instead please!!

Ordered carry out. I tried the make your own tacos. I was very disappointed on the amount of brisket in my tacos. For the amount of money you pay for your tacos- almost $12, I would have expected a little more meat and toppings inside. I could hardly taste any of my brisket and they tried to load my tacos with mostly avocado. I will not be returning.

Food is good, but the employees at the East Mason Street were much friendlier! All the stores in the area have turned into a dumpster fire....
Vegetarian options: Most items that could be vegetarian or vegan are so cross contaminated. Not during production but on the makeline. You really can't trust anything on the hot side at all. And also, they serve really old corn tortillas, whether hard or soft shell. Also if getting a salad with the shell is probably from 4 days ago ??? the same people own all of the stores in Wisconsin so it's the same everywhere. Good luck!

I could live on their chips and Queso. I go here probably once a week knowing I can satisfy my Mexican craving reliably and quickly. Definitely use the rewards system as it gets you $2 chips and Queso if you go frequently enough and free entrees as well.
