only two workers here on a saturday during the dinner rush. after about 15 minutes of waiting for a doordash order, i was asked who I was here for, only for them to pull a string of a few dozen receipts off the printer. someone needs to help these poor workers or shut the place down until they can properly staff it.

I started coming here because your options like burritos and bowls and extra things are way cheaper than other similar restaurants, However my experience last 2 days ago left me wondering if you guys are no longer interested in being the cleanest and friendliness food chain any longer, your back kitchen looked like a tornado went through it, almost everything I wanted was either empty or almost, I feel like I did not get the freshest you promise customers. To make matters worse I'm almost certain I got food poison eating here since it was my last meal I got major diarrhea, then last night re heated my food and half way eating it got another bout of the diarrhea, in all fairness it could be a stomach bug but then again it could be the lack of freshness from the ingredients. I'll pay $25 to 30 for a cleaner fresher restaurant from now on vs the $17.56 I use to only pay at your place.

I do wish there was a drive-thru.Parking: Getting into & out of this parking lot can be difficult due to the set up & traffic. Horrible service. They staff is very slow. They ignore you when u walk to the counter. My online orders are never ready at this location and you stand and wait forever when the place is empty. The service is horrible. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend Chipotle down the road is way better.

Had a pickup order. They didn't add one of the burritos, didn't realize until I got home. Called the store and no one picked up. Drove to the store where there was 10+ staff standing around, ig they were too busy talking and doing nothing to answer the phone. After they stared at me for 5 min they finally came to me and all the offered was to make the burrito. Absolutely mind bogglingly terrible service, least the food was fine cold when I was finally able to eat it.

The steak taste burnt and like it was cooked on a dirty grill. The place was very messy, stuff everywhere! Very few veggies for the burrito bowl and when asked if they would have any fresh ones the lady by the grill rolled her eyes and was beyond annoyed that I would ask. The cashier was nice but unfortunately I don’t plan to go back.

Excellent service from Brandon & Colton during lunch todayShout out to those two guys working the front during a busy lunch rush. they did an excellent job of filling orders and getting people in and out with friendly service and accuracy. The food is always great here! Restaurant was clean and those two did awesome today!
