Terribly slow service

My food was horrible- I couldn't even eat it

I wasn't a fan of the food. The queso/chips were good, but I wasn't a fan of the bowl.

I don’t typically leave reviews on restaurants I go to whether they are good or bad, but I was extremely disappointed tonight. My girlfriend and I wanted Qdoba and decided to eat in the restaurant since we hadn’t before. The entire time we were there the employees were blasting music in the back kitchen. It ruined our experience seriously because of how loud it was.

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. We walked the food bar looked like a mess. It really looked like the food was sitting there for a week.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl - had probably 3 full scoops of queso cheese in the bottom. I didn't order my bowl with any queso cheese. Maybe 5 pieces of steak in the whole bowl. Also the smallest burrito bowl I've ever gotten from any Qdoba. Was pretty much queso and rice soup. Will not return to this location.

Went here a few years back and had the worst burrito of my life but... Went back today becuse its on my way home from work and the burritos were great steak was very tender no chewy peices. and the young man making it was very friendly and atunative and very fast. Will def be going back

Boss Lady is the best best best best employee at QDoba blows all the other employee’s out the water. Absolutely amazing personality amazing food I couldn’t ask for better service. Ask for Boss Lady when you come in, thank you!

Unfortunately the food really missed the mark. We ordered to go but ended up just eating here. The order was correct, but the food really was bad. I just tossed my burrito in the trash. My wife made it through her burrito bowl and regretted it right after. The food just tastes old and not fresh. Lettuce was super slimy and the chicken was very questionable. This was our first Qdoba visit and looks like the last.

I was very disappointed coming in on a Friday night at 9:00 and seeing everything was already packed up and put in plastic bags. Every-time I asked for something they continued to tell me they were out and they wouldn’t go in the back and make more. I have never seen such lazy workers in my life. Also when I walked in they were looking at us like they were very annoyed that we dared to walk in. Terrible customer service and the food was stone cold.The portions were also so small because they didn’t want to go in the back and get the right amount of stuff.

Woof. Both my guy and I agreed our food was tasteless, which seems hard to do? Salsa - super watery and tasteless. Pintos and cheese - tasted like nothing. Diet coke? Tastes like water. I love Qdoba and frequent often. Something is going on at this location... food is not good.

Food is ok everything is an add on so be aware when building your food.

This QDOBA sucks, don’t go here. It’s worth it to go to the Chipotle or the other QDOBA across town. I have never had a good experience ordering from here, there is always something missing or the burrito is made wrong or a drink is missing. This time, they forgot my entire burrito and when my poor mother called to try to get them to send it they told her they could give her a meal card. So then my dad had to go and get it while his food was getting cold, and when he finally got home they had made the burrito wrong! It was missing half the ingredients! I asked for a burrito with ground beef, beans, rice, lettuce, queso, guacamole and shredded cheese. WHAT I RECIEVED HOWEVER, was a BURRITO WITH GROUND BEEF, BEANS AND RICE. Congratulations QDOBA, this is your worst location and you just lost a customer.

Terrible service, items not made right, and frequent missed items in deliveries. It’s not worth the headache of trying to order food from this location. Also, if they miss an item in your delivery, the solution is for the customer to drive to the store and pick it up. Completely unacceptable.
