Boss Lady is the best best best best employee at QDoba blows all the other employee’s out the water. Absolutely amazing personality amazing food I couldn’t ask for better service. Ask for Boss Lady when you come in, thank you!

Unfortunately the food really missed the mark. We ordered to go but ended up just eating here. The order was correct, but the food really was bad. I just tossed my burrito in the trash. My wife made it through her burrito bowl and regretted it right after. The food just tastes old and not fresh. Lettuce was super slimy and the chicken was very questionable. This was our first Qdoba visit and looks like the last.

I was very disappointed coming in on a Friday night at 9:00 and seeing everything was already packed up and put in plastic bags. Every-time I asked for something they continued to tell me they were out and they wouldn’t go in the back and make more. I have never seen such lazy workers in my life. Also when I walked in they were looking at us like they were very annoyed that we dared to walk in. Terrible customer service and the food was stone cold.The portions were also so small because they didn’t want to go in the back and get the right amount of stuff.

Woof. Both my guy and I agreed our food was tasteless, which seems hard to do? Salsa - super watery and tasteless. Pintos and cheese - tasted like nothing. Diet coke? Tastes like water. I love Qdoba and frequent often. Something is going on at this location... food is not good.

This QDOBA sucks, don’t go here. It’s worth it to go to the Chipotle or the other QDOBA across town. I have never had a good experience ordering from here, there is always something missing or the burrito is made wrong or a drink is missing. This time, they forgot my entire burrito and when my poor mother called to try to get them to send it they told her they could give her a meal card. So then my dad had to go and get it while his food was getting cold, and when he finally got home they had made the burrito wrong! It was missing half the ingredients! I asked for a burrito with ground beef, beans, rice, lettuce, queso, guacamole and shredded cheese. WHAT I RECIEVED HOWEVER, was a BURRITO WITH GROUND BEEF, BEANS AND RICE. Congratulations QDOBA, this is your worst location and you just lost a customer.

Terrible service, items not made right, and frequent missed items in deliveries. It’s not worth the headache of trying to order food from this location. Also, if they miss an item in your delivery, the solution is for the customer to drive to the store and pick it up. Completely unacceptable.

Came in because my childs school partnered to do a fundraiser, and not even 2 hours in and the employees were rejecting customers. Pretty unreal that a business would make a deal like this just to shut it down and act as if they had no idea it was even happening.

QDOBA, your generic copy and paste response isn't a fix, this store needs serious help. You.cant make this right with free crappy food. Actually fix the issues instead of masking them. I will not return. And I'll urge others not to as well.

Due to Riad Construction it's rather difficult to get to. No one in restaurant. Maybe offer 10% to get customer to maneuver around Construction...j.s.

Somehow my order was placed at this location, so I was a little bit late but I was going to be there before 10 (when they close), but I was having a hard time when I got there because of the construction. I called and let Makayla know and she laughed and said, “I threw your order away because we’re closed.”
I said, “it’s not even 10 yet.”
Makayla, “I already locked the doors.”
I then told her she was going to refund me and she said she was going to and I hope she actually did refund me. But if the money is not in my account tomorrow, I will be calling the supervisor.

They've been a little lacking recently. While the service is courteous and friendly, absurdly long waits and ingredient shortages have degraded the experience recently. Once they get some of these issues under control, I'm sure it'll improve, and I'll adjust my rating.

Update (2024): they have really improved in the last couple years. I finally gave them another chance, and I was rewarded with a clean restaurant, prompt service, and food that didn't look like it was launched from a cannon into a bowl. Nice improvement, guys!

Open for an hour and no shrimp? My order was wrong and my burrito was folded like garbage. I went back to the store and they didn't refund me. Said I needed to call corporate. Dirty careless cheaters works here. Do yourself a favor. Don't go here.

- I had to try here again. I ordered in shop. It's was a pleasant experience. Everything was about up to par. The flavors were lacking and didnt taste too fresh, but the young lady doing orders could fold a giant filled burrito and did her job very well. Looked like she was the only person in the building. Thankfully it wasn't busy yet.
