I love Qdoba, but the Lineville location needs to do better with their quality. It's going downhill. 2 out of my last 3 visits, there was terrible.It seems the later you go, it was about 7 pm last time, the worse it gets.

Went here tonight 40 minutes before closing and they were already closing up and had already put away the rice and several other things. They didn’t have scoops for the food, they were using their hands only. The workers were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed that we came in.

I used to order from here almost once a week for the last few years. But lately, the service and quality of the food have been far below standard for Qdoba. My last 3 orders for pickup have not been ready at the speicified time and almost made me late returning from my 1/2 hour lunch break. Even worse, when I do get my order, the last 3 times the order has been wrong. Idk what happened here, but I won't be back until I hear that it has improved. Please don't give me the standard "we're sorry, we fell short" response. Hate to tell you, but that doesn't actually help solve anything. Solve the problem of the rude workers getting the orders wrong, and people will come back.

I went to go get dinner here and brought it back home to eat. When she went there they didn’t have half the ingredients there made like the fajita veggies salsa no sour cream and etc. when she got home with her order she found out that the chicken wasn’t cooked through and raw in the center. She went to complain to the restraint afterward about this and they would refund her order. She later read the reviews on this and found out she wasn’t the only person with this problem. So please do not go here or you will be serve raw chicken and you won’t even be able to get everything you want if they cook the chicken becuz they won’t have any of it prepped. Stay away and just go to another qudoba or better yet just get a pizza like we did. Never again will we go back and I will make sure I let people know about the terrible service here

They ALWAYS are out of ingredients no matter the time of day. I cannot tell you the number of times what I order ended up on my wife’s food and not mine…

Ordered 2 bowls & 2 burritos. All 4 food items were missing our toppings (salsa, cheese, sour cream) flies all over in the building, specially by the pickup area. All together, very disappointing experience at this location.
If you ever want to feel like you're an inconvenience rather than a customer, this is the place for you! The last several times I've tried coming here, I've felt more and more like the employees hate when customers arrive. Today I ordered nachos which I was rushed through so terribly while the employees also talked with each other. They are ALWAYS out of things. Today's chips tasted like a dirty deep fryer. They also didn't have forks. This was my last attempt.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Qdoba! #1 my burrito was not folded and just thrown into the bag. #2 upon arrive for my pick up order there was a line at the counter but no one in the building, instead they were screwing around outside behind the building. #3 when I got home and tried to call they just continued to pick up the call and hang up.I don’t want the response that “we’re sorry!” Provide feedback online line, I’ve already done that and guess what, no response.

I have chosen to go to this location a couple times because it's a newer establishment and close to my home. It's so disappointing every time. A couple times I ordered online for pickup and the results don't come anywhere near what I asked for. You would have to actively try to get the order wrong for what I have received. Things missing, things added, food not available online. When I picked up the order, there were fruit flies everywhere. The workers behind the counter seemed to be more involved with chatting with their friends who came into the store instead of helping customers. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed. I put an order in at 9:15 and the pickup time was in 30 minutes. I got there and my food wasn’t made. They were very rude. I told them I had a pick up and they started making it but they put everything away. They had to pull up my order on their screen from the section they had cleared. Now all I get is a refund the will take up to 3 days to be processed because the employees were to busy screwing around with their friend instead of making the food. Very bad establishment.
