Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great food. Had the blackened salmon. Good choice by the way. But we were seated at a small table with a long bench. Instead of being offered a table or booth. The server we had asked if we have been there before and my fiance has not. So we expected more time to look. The server came back around every minute to 3 minutes at most instead of giving us a good time to look through their menues. Never felt that rushed at a restaurant before. Some people are picky and after the 3rd time you ask if we are ready to order, why not give us more time to ensure we get something we want.

Vegetarian options: Not much for this option. You would need to take a regular item and removed half of it to get what you want

Wheelchair accessibility: As I was walking in, the guest behind me needed help opening the door due to being in a wheel chair and instead of the 2 hosts helping. I did. They were to focused on their work tablets instead of making it a better experience for someone.

Finally have guest wi-fi! Every time we go there I get the their cheeseburger deluxe and every time it's served differently??? This time it was served on a bun that disintegrated in my hands before I could finish it!

Waited for apparently their only 10-top table for over 45 minutes. Wouldn't seat is as two 5-tops. We left.

Yummmmm! Ask for the veggie patty substitute. Try the burgers on lettuce! OR share a burger. Join their rewards club for some cool rewards. Some new and interesting menu choices both for kids and adults.

First time to a Red Robin. Our friends asked us to meet there and we were happy to try something new. Big mistake. We asked for medium rare and got overdone burgers. The garlic Parmesan fries were horrible. The seasoned steak fries … weren’t. Overpriced and not worth a cent. The only redeeming quality of the night was a passably competent wait staff. We were told that the food we received was of the typical fare one can expect at any Red Robin. Guess we won’t ever be eating here again. Or trusting our friends judgement either.

Was sat at the bar for dinner, which is fine... And no doubt the bartender was doing their job making drink
orders for the tables but after ten minutes before even acknowledging that I was sitting there, and then when asked what I'd like... Went off and started making drinks for tables again.... So understood at that point my service was not going to be a priority and left. Oh well

Under staffed. Gal that waited on us was dealing with lots of people and not real polite.

Got in around 845ish...No wait, sat us immediately. The place wasnt busy at all. Star was our server and did an amazing job. Our order was placed and out in no time. The Burgers were cooked just right. Not overdone or dry at all. We tried their garlic fries and Im so glad we did!! YUMMMMMMM! ITS NOT just salty garlic seasoning, its actual minced garlic and oil!
My only complaint would be that they pour the queso sauce over the top of the burger bun! It needs to be inside the burger with everything else. It was hard to eat. Other than that...KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!! ??

P.S. Forgot to take pics before we dug in...but you cans still see how good everything was prepared and how tasty it was.
