One of the best dining experiences each time we go. Worth every penny and service is amazing.

We were patrons at Republic Chophouse for an anniversary dinner. The evening started out with the hostess welcoming us and delivering a "Happy Anniversary " card which also presented a discount on a desert. The menu had a great variety similar to many other chophouse restaurants, but over and above were some chef recommendations that incorporated more interesting choices. My pick was the blue and mustard sauce ribeye. My wife picked the petite fillet. Sides of fried Brussel sprouts and sautéed variety of mushrooms topped off the main course. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the tastes of the foods were better than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal and the service was simply great. We will be looking for reasons to return to this establishment.

Food took forever. Croutons on salad were stale. Calamari was rubbery. Steaks came out incorrectly cooked. Ordered old fashions and then they charged us for doubles when the bill came.

The food was amazing and the service could not have been more attentive. Drinks were mixed well and delicious.

Very well put together place! But aside from the aesthetics, food that we had was definitely not worth the price. Very nice staff just wouldn't recommend the food to anyone.

Been meaning to try this place for forever and boy, we didn’t realize what we were missing out on until we finished our food. When you first walk in, the ambiance is so calm and inviting but also a romantic atmosphere. We got seated in a nice quiet booth. Our waitress came over, Sarah R, and she was fabulous throughout the entire meal. Although our bill for 2 people was well over $200, it was the best tasting food we’ve had from start to finish. We started with the octopus as well as the half shucked oysters. The French onion soup was probably the best French onion I’ve had in the state. The bread came out warm and had three different choices for spreads on it. My steak came out to perfection. The garlic mashed were delicious but had no room whatsoever for them after having all those other things. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake as well as the red velvet cake. You could have fed an entire army for the size of cake that came out.

My only complaint, although minor, is wishing there was more N/A options on the menu. Their only Non alcoholic beverage they served was a Heineken. Yuck. So anyways, all around, we were very happy with our meal and our service. Cannot wait to come back to try other things off the menu!

Lori stellar service, could not ask for a better server, thank you. And absolutely amazing food, celebrated 7 anniversary's and have never been disappointed

Republic Chophouse is hands-down my favorite spot in Green Bay when it comes to steak. Every visit feels like a special occasion, whether it's a celebration or just a much-needed treat-yourself night. The steaks are consistently incredible—perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and always tender. You can tell they take real pride in sourcing quality cuts and preparing them with care.

Absolutely outstanding food and service. Had the filet with garlic butter and a salad and baked potato. While each item is pretty standard for a high end American restaurant, each item was prepared and served perfectly.

All of the food was beyond words delicious. Our server, Jacob B. was fantastic. He was always there right when needed but never lingered, super friendly and he recommended the Carrot cake for dessert to go which was as big as my head and so tasty!
Thanks for the great experience Jacob!

My cousin graduated from St. Norbert and the family went here for his graduation celebration and I have to say it was absolutely 100% one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and I loved that there was plenty of space between the tables so our loudness didn't seem to bother anyone else.

Being the celebration that it was, we ordered so much food, but it was all brought out like a multicourse meal and everything was perfect. Yes, it was expensive, but for celebrating a once in a lifetime event of a family member, it was worth every penny.

I can't recommend this place enough. It will live in my heart and my tastebuds for as long as I live!

Also, the carrot cake was GIANT and EPIC. If you only come here for one thing, MAKE THAT IT.

One of the best if not best restaurant I’ve been at in Green Bay. The staff and servers are very professional and the food is 5 Stars and above.
