Food is always made to order, salad bar is outstanding and the service is spot on.

We had our employee Christmas Party at River's Bend. We refused to pay the 20% gratuity as the service was poor, 5 out of 7 meals were wrong, steaks were cooked incorrectly, meals came to our table 5-10 minutes apart. In stead of chasing us into the parking lot demanding the 20% be paid it would have been more professional to inquire why we didn't feel the 20% was justified. We did leave a descent tip even given the poor experience.

I and a friend were here at 350pm on a Saturday. Every table was EMPTY. 🙄😳 We were told we couldn't eat here because they only take reservations. However, if we wanted, we could come back at 8pm. No thanks.

Visiting from Canada - the food and service were amazing!!! Fettuccini was fantastic and the steak done as ordered and to perfection! Bartender was so great at our pre-dinner drinks, and our server, Tiffany, killed it!!!

Rivers Bend is for sure in my top five favorite Supper Club / steak places in the Fox Valley Green Bay Area and their quality of meat and steaks are phenomenal and the service is just as good especially love when we're able to be seated in the river room where we can Overlook the river

This was our first visit as we stopped in Green Bay on our way for a visit to Door County. Our wonderful server Melinda was incredible with great suggestions! The Chilean Sea Bas and Chicken Marsala were huge winners! We loved the experience (almost sat outside until the hostess warned us it was buggy) and will definitely visit again and ask for Melina and her beautiful, welcoming smile! As far as I could tell, Melinda’s smile embodies this wonderful dinner spot! Everyone was welcoming and friendly! Highly recommended!

We went to River's Bend on a weeknight on a business trip. The restaurant is a nicer place with upscale dining, but not so fancy that you can't be comfortable and enjoy the time there. Our waitress was nice and friendly.
The Salad Bar has plenty of options and is very good. The rolls and butter options are great as well. I'd recommend the ahi tuna as an appetizer but the Crab cakes were not good. They were greasy and flat. It seemed like they were packaged and frozen.
The meal was mixed. The special of the night was Osso Bucco and it was fantastic. Super tender and flavorful. Two of us ordered steaks and they were good, but nothing special. For the price they charge, one would expect more from a steak. It was tough and lacked seasoning.
Someone from the table next to us got the ribs and I wished I had ordered those, they looked great.
Overall, the River's Bend is a nice, clean, friendly place to eat. I'd go again but order something other than the steak.
