Plant shopping today. They have the best plants at the best prices! It was so chilly and windy today, even tho it's almost June! WI weather! I had to hold onto my hibiscus tree or it would've blown away. Luckily the other plants have that plastic wrap.

This Sam's Club unfortunately has slipped in quality. Less variety in products than some years ago. More empty shelves. More clerks visiting with each other instead of assisting customers. Products marked with prices higher than the internet/email ads. I sure hope this store gets its act together once again.

Great place to buy bulk. It was extremely clean. But other customers were rude, impatient, and had attitudes. Employees were courteous and nice within the store. Check out employee was a lil different, she choose to be more interested in her friends baby.

Cashier forgot to scan a couple items on the BOTTOM of our cart so we had to go back n scan them ourselves. BUT Sam's Club, overall, is AWESOME!! GREAT PRICES and Quality for what you pay!! ?

Today we experienced terrible customer service at the Green Bay store. We had a chair to return which was purchased on line and paid for on our Sams club card. We spent 45 minutes at the service desk they kept telling me I needed the order number. I was able to pull the charge up on my card but that was not good enough for them. By now I was more then frustrated, I asked for a manger, Tina S, finally made it to the service counter after multiple pages. Again after 15 min
