The young girls who work there are totally incompetent, every-time I come. They didn’t remember my order when I pulled to the window, put in my order incorrectly and charged me incorrectly. After I was already waiting for a few minutes, they bring me my incorrect order and when I tell them it’s wrong they walk away without a word. The manager comes to refund, and doesn’t say sorry. At the end of the visit, I waited all that time for Cold Cinnabons. Full priced, long wait, rude, cold food.

Best sandwiches i’ve ever had!! The staff is always polite and helpful. The store, including the bathrooms, are always clean and well taken care of. Only restaurant around the carries Snapple, which goes impeccably with their sandwiches. I’ve never eaten food here and been dissatisfied!!

Something about this place is so wonderfully nostalgic. Their sourdough bread is incredible and they always do a great job with my modified sandwich order. My heart will break if this place ever closes, there's really no other spot like it!
