Ordered salads online went to the restaurant and ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food when I asked why It wasn't ready yet they told me they have to serve their customers first and I was like wtf so apparently online orders are not customers and I was told I would be last even tho I place my order online 15-20 minutes ahead of time this is the absolute worst service. I was getting food for a work client meeting and the meeting was ruined because of this what complete bs

Where's the beef? I ordered a roast beef and cheese and pretty much got a sourdough, cheese, mayo, and lettuce sandwich. There was one slice of roast beef on it. I went thru the drive thru and was already home so I wasn't going to drive back to show them. Also, pricing is ridiculous! Paid almost $10 for a small sandwich. I won't be back!

I love the sandwiches here and think it’s awesome they offer jalapeño bread. The last 4 times I have ordered here I have received regular bread. I know things happen but this last time I even asked the person at the window to make sure my order was correct. Guess what wasn’t there when I got home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to inspect my meal before I leave the drive through to make sure I got what I paid for.
