The BEST baristas!!!! I ordered the maple bourbon latte today. Once before I ordered it and the same young man barista told me if I wanted it sweeter to add white mocha. Well don’t you know I forgot to do that this morning. Same barista, handing out drinks out said the same thing. I said I remembered him telling me that last time but I forgot. He said, “let me have that, I’ll fix you up!” What a great surprise!! GREAT way to start my day full of baseball game and driving for hours!! Thank you unknown name young man!! And all the workers for fixing me up!! ?

I stopped at Scooters in Middleton for my very first time on Sunday afternoo 6/2. I asked for suggestions on a drink and was given a delicious berry flavored energy drink. The 2 working were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and upkept. Just super impressed with my experience and I will be back anytime I am on that side of town.
Just to say, Everything is perfect. The drinks are the best. WWE have yet to try other things.
Dietary restrictions: Not as greasey as other fast food restaurants, I love my breakfast.
Parking: I feel there's enough parking.

I ordered a large nitro Brew with cold foam. And KickTrip's Nitro coffee is substantially better. The cup of coffee that I received today was extremely extremely watered down. It's as if it was instant cold brew and watered down. It was definitely not a nitrobrew. Definitely not what I've received before other scooter locations. I would not go back to this location again. Customer service over the drive-thru was good customer service at the window subpar.

I frequent the East Mason location, and most of the time make an effort to avoid this one. This time, I asked my partner to stop and grab my regular blended mocha on their way home. I received maybe a Tbsp of whipped cream on top, and not nearly as much flavor as the other location has. It tasted like chocolate and water mixed together, none of the richness that I was looking forward to. Sad, but I won’t return.
