Scooter's Coffee drive through is excellent! I ordered a caramel latte and the wife ordered the strawberry watermelon refresher and then we scooted around to the pick-up window. Service was quick. Both items were delicious and just what we were looking for in that moment!

Hailey at the window did not open it or acknowledge me until my drink was done, where she them handed it to me and slammed the window without conversation. coffee was also watered down.

Should really put a menu before the speaker. So people can actually decide what they want. Without the constant do you want anything else is said. Order a drink and cake bites. Then my daughter was looking at the menu to order a drink. The person in drive thru was pushy continuously saying anything else. Already irritated by this. I get to the window and they ask what kind of cake bites. That was enough I left and got nicely served at Starbucks.
Personal I think this place is better than Starbucks go ahead and try it you won't be disappointed great flavor so go ahead and get your caffeine buzz on I always do (I also get an additional shot of Expresso)

Every single time I come here I order the same exact thing and every time it’s never made the same. Super inconsistent. Just stopped in to get a coffee for my birthday (which they changed the smiles policy today… on my birthday) so then I wasn’t able to even get my free drink. Ordered a peanut butter crunch blender, paid for it anyways and it is the most bitter one I have ever had and has ZERO peanut butter flavor.
I should’ve followed my gut instinct and just went to Starbucks instead. I would’ve gotten my drink free and it would’ve been made right.
