Came in on 8.10.20 for dinner. When you arrive, there is no sign to state to seat yourself and the bartender didn't even look at us until I made a comment about not knowing if we seat ourselves or if a host will. Was seated and took 10 minutes to get a menu. Took 10 minutes to get a SODA. Should have left right there. The bartender and what I can only assume was a female chef, were too busy chatting to their friends about face cream and how she has a Facebook page for the stuff she is selling. We were completely ignored while the staff was clearly worried about their acne. The menu had everything crossed out except maybe 5 burgers. VERY limited choices. Went with the traditional American burger and the Mushroom burger. Hubby mushroom burger was just okay. Mine on the other hand, couldn't even eat it. So much sauce that the burger flew out of the bun like a hockey puck. Fries were so hard that they broke like glass and shattered. Completely overcooked. How do you mess up fries?! The only thing I ate was the cheese curds and even those were overcooked because all the cheese was gone. I would never eat here again. I am so disappointed because Skaliwags had high reviews but it was clearly not a good place to eat a burger.

Long time lover of Skaliwags in Algoma so of course we had to try the burgers here on their soft re-opening. Best burgers we have had in a very long time. Cooked exactly how we wanted and so full of flavor. I highly recommend checking them out! The owner is wonderful to chat with and extremely friendly as well.

Came up to Green Bay for a spontaneous weekend and made the great decision to check out Skaliwags for dinner. The owner, Chris, was super friendly and was even able to accommodate us without a reservation. The experience was wonderful from end to end. We sat at the chefs counter. Chef Marshall was extremely friendly and the food was on point. Definitely a unique experience to watch the chefs work. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town.

A unique stop in the area for a quality modern burger. Interesting takes on the classic 1/4lb hamburger. I would recommend the hot burger with curds, hot the spot on a cold January night. This location is smaller and does not take reservations, something to keep in mind. Show up with time to wait slightly.
