Came up to Green Bay for a spontaneous weekend and made the great decision to check out Skaliwags for dinner. The owner, Chris, was super friendly and was even able to accommodate us without a reservation. The experience was wonderful from end to end. We sat at the chefs counter. Chef Marshall was extremely friendly and the food was on point. Definitely a unique experience to watch the chefs work. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town.

The front half of the house has much more affordable meal items served in a pub style environment. No matter how you choose to Skaliwag, you’re in for a wonderful evening here.

As you walk through bar one, there is high ceilings and a long big bar to your right. The gentleman there grant you with such kindness and attentiveness. The drinks are made to perfection and served with originality and care. You are seated through the frosty white glass doors that take you to your destiny. The sweet women that cares for you will most certainly care for you, like your her own. The bar seating was a dinner and show, and did they ever do the greatest job. With every bite that i took it was pure delisiousness! From start to finish, the night was PERFECT!

Absolutely exquisite! The she-crab bisque and lobster ravioli were lovely, but the waloo special was AMAZING! Quite easily the best fish we've ever had, and the staff were fun to boot. Will definitely be back for more.

Great experience for fine dinning. The separate room with a view of the Chef cooking your meal was an unique touch. Meal and service was phenomenal. The shrimp appetizer was so sweet and delicious. The crab cakes were loading with a ton of meat. Making it hard to want dessert after. My only reason for rating 4/5 stars was when we initially walked in the bartender was pretty cold. He seemed annoyed that we were ordering drinks from the bar. He also made a rude comment to a server in front of our group which made it pretty awkward. Overall it was a good experience and would love to celebrate a special occasion their again!
